The room was new, modern and clean. There is a comfortable kitchen so and it would be nice to do a long stay. The location was excellent, easy access to cable cars as well as the town. There is a beautiful path to the town. We had a small dog and she enjoyed her walk.

The location is fantastic. Views of the city are beautiful. The apartment has all the appliances etc. you need for a stay.

We rested in the apartments Villa Hubertus from 06.01.2024 to 12.01.2024. We had a great time. Cozy, spacious apartments with a beautiful view from the window. The apartments had everything necessary for a comfortable rest. Very friendly hosts.

There is steep entrans to the building, but it was ok for us.

The beutifull town, good restaurants, there is two cableway station and one of train to Resciesa. Villa Hubertus is very nice appartments building, we stayed at first floor, new ,very clean and comfortable appartment, with amazing view ! The appartment has two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. There is free underground parking with access to apartments, that belong to apparrment. The hoste, Gerald, was very nice, kind and helpful.

They provided 4 coffee capsules on the first day we checked in (for 4 ppl apartment) but didn’t top up during our 3 night stay but offered to charge €5 if we would like more.

Everything was perfect

Super clean and uncluttered. Spacious. Kitchen had exactly what we needed to cook a few meals at home: pots & pans, dishes, utensils, a cooktop, ample counterspace. Loved the espresso machine, plus the complementary espresso pods and tea bags! We enjoyed chillin' & dining on the small terrace (beautiful view!). Really appreciated the maps and other literature about recommended activities in the area. Easy access from the bus from Bolzano/Bozen or Bressanone/Brixen: We got off at the St. Antonius Platz bus stop, and then it was a 3-minute walk to the public escalators, and then another 3 minute walk to Villa Hubertus. The host was super helpful via What's App, and always responded very quickly.

The kitchen was completely accessorized. The apartment was big and clean.location was excellent, about 5 minutes walking to every place in the center- there is an escalator was located a minute from the apartment. There was a free parking lot.

Unfortunately, there is currently no mirror available outside of the bathroom. This may present a slight inconvenience, especially if multiple people are getting ready at the same time. It might be worth considering adding a mirror to another area of the property, such as the bedroom or entryway.

i liked the parking space. very friendly staff. he welcomed us and gave us useful infos for grocery store and restaurant etc. my parents like the view from balcony. very close to all the gondola stations.

Location was in the heart of Urtijëi center. , room was very clean, The onweer Mr Gerald was so Kind and help us for everything we need. Highly recommended Especially for those who want to cook their own meals in the apartment the kitchen is equipped with every thing you need.

What a fabulous, well located Apartment/Hotel in the heart of Ortesei. Perfect access to all the Cable Cars, Ski Lifts. With sufficient Car Parking too. We got a spacious apartment, with a big Terrace, and were thrilled to bits!
