Loved surroundings the room the gardens , so many places to sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, our room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing, staff were incredible, the shuttle into town was invaluable, after 5 days of craziness in Naples we loved the relaxing nature of our stay here , breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice .

Every single person on the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We had a warm welcome, the shuttle service was fantastic, the breakfast delicious, and when we ran into scheduling difficulties, they helped us navigate our way to a solution. Every square inch of the grounds was gorgeous as well. It was truly a stunning paradise. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Not a lot to complain about.

Great villa nestled in the hills of Sorrento. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast in the morning, free shuttles to the town centre and general good feel about the place.

The villa was tucked away from the busyness of all the tourist hotels/sites but was still close enough to walk down on a short hike. We felt as if we were staying at a true Italian residence rather than a commercialized hotel that caters to tourists. The view was gorgeous and the breakfast incredibly fresh and intimate. The free shuttle was perfect for going to and from the villa. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will definitely return back to this spot!

Breakfast buffet was very good although it was the same every day.

This property is a small bed and breakfast hotel, with an exceptional view. The shuttle service worked very well and it is necessary to get to the center of Sorrento. Breakfast was very good. The staff is excellent, provided personalized service and took care of our needs at all times. It has a quite and relaxing atmosphere. Nature oriented with beautiful gardens. Highly recommended.

You can hear everything next door and in the hall way. But we only slept and showered there so we didn’t care.

It was so lovely. Giovanni is the best. They treat you like family and are so friendly. The shuttle bus is very convenient. Breakfast is yummy. The lovely lady there makes you eggs and coffee. We would stay again.

We cant find any fault with this property , and the owners and staff were all excellent .

The views from the property are amazing especially at sunset , the breakfast is excellent and the staff are really friendly and helpful all the time. . The location is high in the hills overlooking Sorrento and the excellent free shuttle service is very important to assist you in your stay. You can walk down a cobble stone path as a short cut to the town but it is quite a hill so we always used the shuttle to return .

The property is gorgeous!! Surrounded by flowers, lemon groves and beautiful views of the coast from our balcony! The staff were exceptional! Everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Having our cappuccinos ready in the morning, drivers ready to take us to town or pick us up as needed and just the warm and friendly atmosphere all made this the perfect place to stay!

Very little. The shower was a little cold at the start sometimes but it would heat up after a moment.

All staff so friendly, great at messaging on booking app in case you don’t have phone service. Excellent shuttle service that is really useful in Sorrento. Beautiful walk to the town for the way down. Easy restaurant option in the Joanna Park hotel, which is minute walk from the villa. Great after a long day of visiting other places on the Amalfi Coast!! They helped me print a boat ticket which was so helpful. They even gave me a packed breakfast to take with me on my last day. Best Limoncello spritz I had in Italy.

Slight niggle, the walls to the next doors bathroom were a little thin, so you can hear water running, but this should not put you off.

We both loved this place and would love to return in the future. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. We had a ground floor, sea view room which delivered a view out to sea albeit set back in the hills. Regular complementary shuttles took us to and fro Sorrento and on leaving they took us to the train/bus station too. Lara was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for dinner which we managed one, but the second was full. She also gave us advice on how best to get around too. The hotel is set in its own gardens and lemon orchards and you can wonder and sit anywhere you like. Breakfast for us was in the garden and the staff were amazing. A great hotel with a refreshing approach to looking after the customers.

Some fresh milk left in the fridge to go with the tea and coffee in the room. We sometimes found the tea cups were not cleaned after use when housekeeping had been. The cushions on the terrace seats could be checked… ours were very wet (appreciate it had rained) but have seen better days … small things that could just add to a perfect stay.

The views were superb and it felt like a Sanctuary! Grounds were pretty and inviting so when you wanted a quiet sit, it was there. Attention to detail in many areas and nothing was too much trouble. The shuttle service is a huge benefit and made getting into Sorrento easy… and at no cost! You can hear noise from other rooms but a small price to pay for us being able to enjoy our stay away from the busy town and in a relaxing location. Would definitely recommend. The fact we can’t move in for a lifetime residency.

Our favourite place to stay in the whole world! It is like coming home. Beautiful little pool. Gorgeous location/ views and we simply would never stay anywhere else! Shuttle always accommodating and staff are just Devine. Laura - thank you for always going above and beyond. Giovanni - we wish we could take you home with us. We adore you!

The ceiling shower head was mouldy and there wasn’t any cutlery

Loved the location and the apartment was great. Both the owner and Kevin were really responsive throughout the whole process. Seemed like a safe area and the rest of the flat was clean.

The staff, location, breakfast, and shuttle service was so incredible I extended my stay there by 6 days. It was perfect to spend the day there reading or getting into Sorrento to take day trips to Amalfi, Positano, Pompeii and Capri. There was a cooking class with the Daniela’s available for extra that was also incredible and comes highly recommended! The amenities were great and only wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Fabulous location in the hills above Sorrento. Gorgeous sunsets over Isle of Capri. Very relaxing setting with wonderful foliage, garden, flowers, trees. We got to know other renters while sitting outside. It is located high above Sorrento but the Villa Giovanna has its own shuttle bus to get you back and forth. Laura is a wonderful host and would stay again
