I had booked a room with a desk, per my confirmation I paid for a room with a des. However, my room did not have a desk so I had to work in the library.

Breakfast was delightful. They have a great espresso machine, so the lattes were fantastic. The breakfast area is delightful, both inside and outside. The garden is a lovely setting to have breakfast. The library and sitting room was also delightful to gather in. The elevator was large and worked well, and the steps were elegant and not steep and easy to go up and down if you prefer. The location was great, it is on Villa Row across from the park, near a look out point above the city center. It is just outside the edge of the city walls. This is a perfect location, especially if you have a car. The walk to city center was 15 minutes but you are passing both a lovely view and shops along the way. It is right next to a very nice outdoor cafe. I highly recommend if you are taking a car to stay here instead of city center. My taxi cab driver said "oh, this is a nice area to stay in" when he got to street of the hotel. He is a local, and he was impressed, that sums up the safe, and lovely neighborhood.

Air conditioning was not working properly – it would go off and on every 5 minutes, and temperature in the room was above 25° C.

Very good location to visit Sienna! You can park your car free in the streets around the hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and available to help!

Very close to the center of Siena! Very comfortable room, with all the amenities we needed! Many choices at breakfast! We enjoyed our breakfast in the small garden! Excellent location for parking your car! Many spots very close and free! It was a last minute reservation and the staff were exceptional! Very friendly, took their time to talk to us and recommend a walking tour in the city and where to eat! Recommend it to anyone staying a couple of nights to enjoy the beautiful city of Siena!

The only small thing was that there was no soap. It can also get noisy from the street (when you open the window).

If you are looking for a hotel with a soul, La Villa is the one. It was very original and the staff were great. It is a very good value for money. The description and photos reflect very well the reality.

The Location is really Superb. The fact that it is a villa in the very nice and historic town, says it all. We enjoyed it. (The parking is free-another bonus). The morning coffe in the garden .. And the staff is also great.

Very nice boutique hotel in a central location. The center of the city can be reached quickly in 5-10 minutes on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We would book the hotel again and recommend it. We were completely satisfied with our stay there.

Shower was very small considering the Superior room we booked. Air conditioning was not very effective… the room was always quite hot and sticky.

The hotel is near the center , your nearest point if are renting a car and don't want to go through the pain of driving in the historic center and making sure younare getting the required permits , the structure is modern , walking distance from the center with available free parking in the street , nice breakfast with a lotnof variety
