The suite room I stayed for 3 nights is very spacious, on the attic floor and have very small windows. The so-called garden view is a bit tricky, because you have to squat down on the floor before you can view through the small windows. The design of the bathroom is awkward and small, which is in long and narrow shape. While the shower partition is in the front portion right at the entrance of the bathroom, the towel and towel rack is at the far end. The facial tub is just a facial tub with no surface top AT ALL to put skin care or cosmetics or things at all. In my view, the bathroom is very badly designed, and it does not tally to the standard a suite room should provide. I have requested for a change of room but in vail. The staff said all suites are on attic floor with small windows and all bathrooms of the suite rooms are small like the one in my room.

The suite room is spacious and clean and nicely presented. Location of hotel is good, environment is quiet and easily walkable to the historic centre. Breakfast room is beautiful. Breakfast is very good.

This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Italy. Beautiful double room with balcony was perfect for us.Convenient location close to historic center was within walking distance. Lovely breakfast and grounds outside were beautiful.

Electric sockets for using electricity is not enough in the room

The standard singular room has a big window overseeing the backyard. Very big toilet cum bathroom and a big marble top surface in the toilet for putting skincare product and cosmetics. The shower partition is spacious and hot water and water pressure is great ! A very nice one night stay in this room type ! The lady checkin staff is very nice! Breakfast very good!

Nothing, its not cheap, but it is good quaality and in a major tourist destination so par for the course in that respect.

Location, map is deceptive, its a 15min walk to the old city, restaurants etc. Room very comfortable, enormous bed, good shower. Happy to store our luggage after early arrival and for our last day until departure.

If I had to pick one negative thing, the mattress was a little hard but that is a personal preference.

The location was perfect. We could park our hire car right outside for free. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of siena.

The bathroom was a bit on the small size.

This was lovely clean hotel with very helpful staff. We were in Siena to see the Palio and it was an easy 10 minute walk into the city. The breakfast was the usual buffet style and was perfectly adequate for our needs. There is an outside area to eat in the sunshine. We arrived by train and made the mistake of walking to the hotel in very warm weather. It was a bit of a 'challenge' with large bags ;-). We later realised that there is a bus from the station to the terminus 5 minutes from the hotel. There appears to be plenty of on-street parking around the hotel. The room we had was on the first floor and had a small balcony with a table and chairs over looking a park opposite.I would recommend the hotel and would return when I am next in Siena

There was an elevator next to our room and the sound was sometimes annoying. We couldn’t find the remote controller in the room, I am not sure if there is one. But these are only tiny details.

The location is excellent, you can easily walk to the city center in 10 minutes. Parking is really rasyonel, there are many free parking lots right in front of the hotel. Check-in was super easy and the staff was very helpful. She helped us by introducing the highlights of the city and recommending restaurants. The room was well decorated, clean, and big enough. I can definitely recommend.
