Air condition did not work properly.

Beautiful old villa in a good spot. Tidy and clean. Very attentive staff, supportive to special needs (gluten free breakfast). Plenty of free and safe parking in the street.

Nothing really. Only negative if l had to find one would be that it was a little out of town. No restaurants close by. But in saying that , it was only a 15 min walk so not really an issue

Great location, lovely property with nice breakfast. We had a family reunion and the property was good for many guests. Has a nice courtyard for evening drinks before going out and sitting areas to convene before activities. You can easily walk to everything and parking is available on the street.

Isolation is not the best but given that the villa is old it might be expected. Air-conditioning wasn't that powerful.

Alarm started to ring.

We spent a Honeymoon in Easter 2023 there. Hotel is small but charming. An excelent quiet location 7 min. walk to the Piazza del Campo. Breakfast was rich from local foods. Parking close the hotel for free.

Hotel staff were all very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bathroom was big, with a walk-in shower. Room had air conditioning which was a must have. Really nice breakfast which could be taken inside or out. Hotel was a 10 minute walk to restaurants and 30 minutes BA from the sights. Highly recommended.

Nothing - we enjoyed this place.

This is a beautiful bright and airy hotel. The rooms are large and so clean. The bathroom is spacious. The breakfast was good and included a barista service. The dining and outdoor garden area are lovely. The staff were very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Parking was convenient. Would happily stay here again!

Friendly and Helpful Staff. Good Breakfast with excellent Italian coffee. Daily cleaning service. Plenty of car Parking outside of the Hotel and 10 minute away on foot from city center (where you cannot reach by car and/or park there). Ideal for people with a rental who want to go on daily trips to nearby towns, villages or attractions.

As someone else mentioned the pillows were very hard!

Having arrived from a very busy Rome as soon as we stepped inside La Villa we felt we could rest and breathe. We visited the town but also took much needed rest in the beautiful garden . La Villa is in a wonderful position, far enough away to feel quiet but close enough to visit the sights . La Villa provides an excellent breakfast. It is a hotel of quality and high standards. We loved it.

As some guests already mentioned, the villa is located on a busy street, so it is very noisy in the morning hours.

Very nice villa, just a 7 minute walk from the city center. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Totally recommended.

The bed is a little harder than we are use to but don't let that put you off

Absolutely loved our stay at La Villa. The staff were exceptionally helpful, provided recommendations on where to eat, walking distance to town and will definitely be back
