Great breakfast, I would recommend this hotel and come back. There is free parking behind the hotel. Good choice for someone that comes by ship with the car - it's near the port.

Two times we booked. First one we stayed in old room. It was very uncomfortable! Second booking was separately which was more expensive, it was a renewed room which was okay. Unfortunately during booking old room or renewed room with different price level was not clear! Otherwise i would prefer to pay more and book new room. I recommend everyone to clarify it before booking.

breakfast was abundant and the staff was very helpful. The Parking is very safe and this is a big bonus considering it is in Palermo.

Front desk personnel gave me a lesser grade room than booked until I insisted to have one like the picture showed, which, after arguing my point, I was given, thankfully, as it was alot nicer and close to the elevator. Not the best first impression look but I was happy to get the room I paid for eventually and not have to drag my bags far from the elevator. Breakfast was continental, not a hot cooked breakfast. The breakfast room had the view to the sea blocked by windows with non-see through glass. The staff coughed right into my coffee after I fixed it and i had to go back to the machine to get another one. Staff needs more customer-friendly training here.

Nice mahoghany-type wood furniture and view to the sea, although over a parking lot and a park with a big truck parked in the middle, somewhat spoiling the view. Beautiful artwork in good taste on all the walls everywhere. Three kilometres from city centre if you don't want to be right downtown. You can get a bus downtown right outside apparently, just down the main drag, Marina Messina, but there is alot of traffic.

Very noisy! Woken at night with mobs of teenagers running up and down the corridor screaming at 2am. This happened 2 nights in a row so not just a one off.

Floor and sink (and around sink) were not so clean, bed a little bit soft and furniture old. There were school kids (as the receptionist told me in the morning, they booked 34 rooms). They were screaming, shouting and ran through the halls for cca 2 hours, then they went out and at about 12/1 am they came back, they woke us up, they were extremely loud and unpolite. I did not hear that anyone from the hotel reacted to calm them down not did anybody apologize in the morning for the situation. And it was very unprofesional give us room on the same floor were they were, and more to that, our room was first near the stairs and elevator.

Sheets and towels were clean, nice staff and ok breakfast.

Noice outside, an uncomfortable mattress.

Parking, breakfast, and the facility were perfect, nevertheless, there are minuses: the mattress was not comfortable and the sound of the road didn't allow me to slip well. In case you don't care about the noise and are happy with the rest, the best place to stay,

Breakfast could be improved Please change the cappuccino machine, a small investment could improve rates significantly. The current one is very poor and cappuccino not drinkable. Chairs in the restaurant area are not clean, please change them.

Avangarde hotel with an atmosphere from the 80's. Good place in the room and wooden furniture. Beautiful view from the window - if one is lucky to get the room with the sea view.

The facility is old. Not very clean. They don’t give you the same room as exposed in the pictures.

The location is good if you want to stay near the sea. The price is affordable. Breakfast was good and staff are very nice.

The toilet seat was broken, the shower kept blocking up, the door was broken. The light in the bathroom didn't work over the mirror. One of the bedside lights was faulty and only worked if you held it at an angle. No tea making facilities. The beds were really uncomfortable like sleeping on concrete. Breakfast was OK if you like pastries for breakfast or yoghurt. There was one really rude member of the front desk when we arrived he really didn't want to do anything to help. The other members of staff were very nice but they didn't really provide much help with information.

Unfortunately we didn't get a room with a balcony, even though we were there for a week and the window was quite small (Room number 309) The bathroom was small: the toilet was so close to the shower it was awkward to sit, and we are not tall! also the shower cubical was very grey at the base of the shower and we think the unit needs replacing! Breakfast was a bit disappointing: a lot of sweet cakes, no margarine (friend has lactose intolerance). only one side of the toaster was working. It was a pity that the restaurant/bar area closed at 10pm!

Notified them of our 9 to 10 pm arrival, no problem. We were on half board. Arrived 10 past 10 at night due to gnv ferry being 2 hours late... only to inform us that kitchen is closed and no form of food was available offered to us.

Palermo is very dirty , with a lot of rubbish in the streets.

The room was large, clean with a sea view. Housekeeping serviced the room daily. The breakfast was nice quality and well organised. Had both dinner and lunch in the Hotel, which was very good. All the staff were polite and friendly. Would stay here again!

The room was noisy from the street, even with the window closed. Toothbrush cups were missing from the bathroom. The hotel was old and not maintained.

5 km from the historic center of Palermo. Located in a rather dirty neighborhood. The beds were wide. The breakfast is typical for Italy - croissants, cake and many other sweets.

We had booked a room with a sea view but when we arrived we were given a room on the front of the hotel which was very noisy due to traffic.

The hotel was an ideal location for exploring Palermo at a reasonable cost. it was clean and the staff were friendly.
