We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very friendly staff. You can leave your car in the car park (for a fee) if you are going on a multi-day hike in the mountains. We stayed two nights in Villa Aurora. One before our hike and one after. Spacious room with nice view. Nice breakfast. Close to the center of Martino di Castrozza.

RomaniaYou need a car or a bus to get to the lifts for skiing, by car it is a bit difficult as there are not enough parking spaces available, but we managed to find a slot every time. Food was very good for breakfast, only each morning they had omelet, one type of cheese and one type of ham, and 7 types of cake :) I guess that may be normal for Italy, though.
Cozy location, nice staff that speaks English, spacious room with comfortable beds. Good access to the slopes, but not on foot. Free parking spot available. Very beautiful scenery.

Czech RepublicWe really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Aurora. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was well equiped and large. We travelled with a little baby, so we appreciated the size of the room and the view from balcony. Also as a gluten free person I must say, that the GF breakfast offer was perfect. The staff even prepared a freshly baked GF bread for me every day, which was very nice. Next year we will definitely visit this hotel again.

Villa is very clean, which is quite near to the center. I also liked that. The bus stop to the ski shuttle was quite close to the hotel. Good breakfast, especially brioshe. The person is very polite. The staff (thank you Gianluca) helped a lot by providing the necessary information how to arrive to the ski shuttle and also provided ski passes. Thank you a lot for the nice stay.

Czech RepublicRestaurant was not in service, the hotel served only breakfasts and offered coffee and some sandwiches during the day. We have received a discount voucher for one of the restaurants nearby.
The hotel is located close to the city center, but in a quiet quarter. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite ok, with rather standard options but very good pastries. The room was as we expected.
