The restaurant in the evening was not open but there were many other restaurants nearby.

The location is stunning and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast next to the pool was excellent. The pool is clean and refreshing and it is convenient to have a pool bar. Our room had a comfortable bed and was very clean. The sheets and towels were changed daily. It is a perfect place to relax and explore.

The breakfast buffet in front of the pool was incredible. Everyone on the staff was absolutely wonderful - helpful and accommodating beyond the usual standard. It was the best pet friendly place we have ever been to. We had our dog (a flat coated retriever) with us. Everyone loved her.

When you arrive they take €200. When you settle the bill they don’t deduct the €200 they took from the bill. They retain that and say they will return that on 1-3 days. For people who are budgeting their foreign currency and potentially need that €200 to pay a taxi back to the airport or similar they might not have the spare cash to afford not getting this €200 euros back on leaving. I’ve never seen this in all my days or holiday travels and I think it’s wrong.

Unfortunately our room had two connecting doors (and plus one entrance of course :)) that were not blocking any sounds, felt like we were sharing the same room with two other couples nextdoor.

We liked everything except for the connecting doors. Wonderful staff, clean, cosy and stylish hotel. Super wide bed, comfortable mattress, rich and diverse breakfast.

Access to the beach was very restricted. We were disappointed to find out payment was required to enjoy the beach. We are happy to hire sun beds, but not at the prices charged at the beach clubs.

We paid more than 1000 euros per day for the room 1) we were disappointed with the puny breakfasts. There were no vegetables, no fish., no choise. Cheese peelings were sparingly laid out on a platter, but still could not cover even a tenth % of service plate fot cheese. . The coffee machine took care of our health and give only a 1/3 of a cup. In fairness, I note that scrambled eggs, juice, waffles were offered to pay extra, an average of 10 euros.. (we paid1000 per day) We they considered that it was expensive for us and refused on principle. Hot water and tea bags were also missing, and also there were problems with tea in the room. There was a kettle in the room, but we didn't use the only bottle of free water and a lone tea bag. 2) The gym does not correspond to the level of the hotel 3*.. Rare jym equipments are touched by rust and decay in previouse era. . The bench press rack is dangerous for life. . Etc.... Air conditioners sounds like a faulty electro transformer. Dust, dirt, cockroach traps with insect corpses are everywhere. We asked to make up but nothing changed the next day. There is no water cooler in the gym

A beautiful comfortable hotel in great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the second time in the hotel. The first 8 years ago with children, this time just my Wife and I for our anniversary. The hotel is great for both couples and families, having the main building and also the outbuildings, which ae ideal for families. It has a lovely pool, but also a 2 minute walk to the beach clubs.

We love it here, the rooms are nice and spacious, the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodation. The location is perfect, especially for a family with young children as ours.
