Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and to walk along the promenade to the old town. Very clean and tidy. Good choice at breakfast. Staff extremely helpful. Beautiful garden.

The bar doesn't seem to be occupied when dinner is being served.If you just want a drink between those hours you might have a wait.

Good location, free parking available. good quality breakfasts, you can choose products for your diet, fast service during breakfast. It should be noted that the internet is good. My stay at the hotel coincided with the Champions League football matches. I was able to watch it normally on the computer.

Nice patio with rack to dry clothes. Super convenient to train station, new town and short walk to old town. There was a beautiful pool but the weather was too cool for me! Excellent breakfast with great options and coffee. Affordable dinner options but you have to order prior to reservation. I wasn't sure what time I'd be done with exploring so I never chose this option. Close to hiking trail between Monterossa and Levanto. Close to trail to other 2 towns as well. Close to free beach. The staff were pleasant and check in was easy! Great wifi.

The walk up with our suitcases was difficult as it was up a very steep slope There was no kettle in the room although when asked we got one The staff at breakfast was not very attentive and they did not clear tables and also did not ask you what you wanted to drink

Two small things. The shower drain would smell a little while after flushing the toilet and you could hear the toilet flush going through the drain, which seems unhygienic. I would have to run the shower to get rid of the smell, and it could be pretty gross. And there were no instructions on how to use the air conditioner and it wasn't super clear to me how it worked. It was fine when I first arrived but then we had a short power outage and it reset itself to just blowing cold air with no clear way to turn it off, and it took me a while to figure out how to get it back to the previous setting.

The location was beautiful and very close to the beach. The view of the hills from the restaurant was lovely. The single attic room was a nice size, bigger than most single rooms which I appreciated, also having a comfy chair to sit in was really nice. The staff were polite and friendly, especially the cleaning staff, and they were easy to communicate with when I had a potential issue in advance of the booking. Also the breakfast pastries were top notch! The lemon crostata was amazing!

Good location set back from the main Street. Lovely gardens and nice swimming pool. Great breakfast. Option to have dinner there as well which was nice and convenient. View from dining area was lovely.

We arrived at Monterosso train station and had a short and easy walk to the hotel, we were welcomed and able to check in early as the room was ready. Staff were amazing, food was really good, location perfect - pool absolutely lovely and the info available also fab - also this hotel is brilliant at recycling!

The shower was tight but all in all totally fine.

The room was nice, good view from the patio. Clothing line on patio to dry bathing suits was nice. Beds were comfortable. The morning buffet was delicious and staff were great. Nice pool:)

The rooms haven’t been updated since the 80’s. Despite the rooms being very well maintained and comfortable, you want them to be slightly more modern for the money.

Location is wonderful. The grounds are immaculate. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is amazing too!

I have no critiques or even suggestions to offer to improve this property.

The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained, I loved having my morning coffee sitting at a one of the tables they have in the garden (there is no table service in the garden). Everyone: the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff are so incredibly nice and friendly. I sincerely appreciate how helpful the front desk staff was. They cheerfully answered all my questions and allowed me to practice my Italian with them. My room was cleaned very well. I’ve observed that the quality air conditioning matters a great deal to some travellers. I had to raise the thermostat in my room because I was too cold at night. Their in-room air conditioning isn’t fooling around! As a solo traveller I was very satisfied with my single room. Though it’s been many, many years since I’ve slept on a single bed, it was comfortable and made the room more spacious. It was a comfortable space to hang out in during the hottest parts of the afternoon on my beach days. I was sorry to leave and I will definitely go back to Hotel Adriana.

Even if they just upgraded their comforters I think it would elevate the look of the rooms, but I really have no complaints I think this is a very solid 3 star hotel!

I booked a last minute solo trip and found a single room at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations! I got a single room, which was small (but I was expecting it to be because it looked just like the pictures), but it was clean and comfortable and everything worked well. The AC worked perfectly, the mini fridge actually was cold, there were automated shutters so I could sleep in without having to wear a sleep mask. The room was clean and the bathroom was set up nicely - I have no complaints! The staff was super friendly. It was very nice to have the pool, which was refreshing and relaxing. It was just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. I was very happy with my stay!

Great location, excellent breakfast and good choice of tables to enjoy your breakfast, lovely to have the use of a pool at the end of a hot day out! Beach close by as an alternative to swimming in the pool. Lovely view of the sea from our room balcony.

The villa turned out to be a nice and quiet hotel in a well-tended garden 100 meters from the beach. It has its own private parking and easy access to anything in the village, including the railway station, on foot. Very good breakfast. Very pleasant and effective yet unhurried service. If I'm in town again, I will certainly check availability here first before considering anything else.
