You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pool-Fantastic. Female pool attendant did excellent job of maintaining entire pool area. Breakfast decent, but could use more variety. Restaurant excellent, but closed weekends. Loads of parking. Wide variety of TV channels. Staff super friendly especially housekeeping. Wi-Fi Superb!

NetherlandsBreakfast can be improved. Bad coffee at the machine within the breakfast room, but a good one at the bar and included as well in the breakfast / no extra cost. Just ask at the bar if you want a good coffee. The schedule for the swimming pool can be extended at least in the evening and the check out time +1hour would be also nice.
The room was generally ok and clean, the bathroom as well; daily room cleaning/makeup and towels exchanged.

United StatesThe hotel was great! Booking.com is not. Dealing with booking.com was beyond frustrating and time consuming! I will continue to stay at this hotel as my position has me on travel in Europe 50% of my time. I will never again utilize booking.com to arrange work travel. Because of strict travel procedures that I must abide by, and a schedule that is subject to change (flights cancelled due to weather, orders being updated/changed, etc), working with booking.com was a nightmare experience!
The staff was beyond accommodating and so kind! Breakfast was wonderful! Location was great!

Plenty of FOC parking at this hotel. Excellent size swimming pool which is open until 20:00 during the summer months. Excellent restaurant attached to the hotel, although I believe it is independent the variety of choices & value for money & service was superb.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast, excellent wifi and perfect location for my purposes. Excellent restaurant as well. The location was good for me, close to my place of work.
