We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaVery modern and clean apartment located in the centre of Oristano. Staff was available and friendly, they were able to fulfill special requests (additional glasses and cutlery for example). Although there is no parking included in this listing, on street parking was really easy to find near the accommodation.

MaltaNo duvet or blanket in the room, called the host, they said that no blanket is offered. We had to sleep with AC on as on Monday night it was super noisy outside, people were partying till 2 am. Also, the breakfast place was supposed to be open at 8:15 am, but the waiter ignored us even at 8:20, had to walk 15 minutes to another La Dolce Vita to have breakfast.
Stylish place but not like the one on photo. Rate 4 as the location was good but no duvet or cover.

SpainWe were two guests, but there were towels only for one person. Additionally, there was a missing support in the shower, so there was no place to put our shower amenities. In theory, the rooms are soundproofed, but during the night, you can still hear noise from outside. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the right place for you. One more thing: you have to leave the payment for the city taxes in the room, so be sure to have the exact amount of cash for that.
The location is perfect, right in the center. Good quality-price ratio.

Ukrainethe room is practically without ventilation, it’s hot with heating, it’s cold without heating, I mean that I woke up at night because there was nothing to breathe. but this is my personal preference so that the room is not stuffy and hot. so it didn't affect the impression of the room much.

The room with the bath was gorgeous. Very big. Guesthouse is on a central location above a good pizzaria. Rooms were cleaned once every two days, which was perfect. Tea and coffee available. Owner was very quick with answering via Whatsapp.

TaiwanSorry this place has potential but completely wasted it .. Probably the worst night in my whole journey. If the owner knew that beneath there is a pub having fun all night, then at least the sound-proof should be good enough. All of the walls are not concrete so it makes the noice even worse. The answer is no, hardly sleep until 1 am when 7:00 am some guy decide to maw the lawn, I left early at 9:30… 👎 - very minimal equipped. - bad lightning. - hate online check in when I have to sent my passport photo. Look very promising when first check-in when it's quiet (in the afternoon), then you hardly get any rest. Never again, and I hate those design photos on booking which does not reflect the true conditions, use actual photo please 🙏🏻
