Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Romaniabeds and pillows were not very comfortable, for my personal preferences.
The host was very nice and helpful. Instructions for pick-up of keys were very clear, they were sent on time, he answered all my messages promptly. Just in front of the apartment there is a bus station and within 7 minutes walk there is a metro station. You have a coffee place next to the apartment and a couple of great restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Apartment was very spacious, great WiFi and TV, good size fridge.

BelgiumIf you're a light sleeper, consider taking earplugs as in the morning you might hear a train passing by... though, we slept through as a rock.
Very spacious and clean flat with all needed amenities and a quick 10 minute walk to the tramway or subway that takes you the centre of Milan in under 30 minutes. Liked a lot that the host connected pre-arrival checking on our estimated arrival time. Upon arrival we got the keys in person. During our stay the host was easy reachable and flexible with departure times. Extra plus was the support in arranging a taxi to the airport upon departure.

We enjoyed the time there, spacious room, nice kitchen, two bathrooms, safe parking in the yard. There is also a M1 station just 5 min away from the apartment. The host is very friendly, easy to communicate.

GermanyIf you are not used to living in a big italian city... then it is very loud (close to a train station) and to a bigger street, for me impossible without earplugs... were gone all day but also a little bc of the noise... one thing, there is a coffee machine but no coffee-pads... would give the whole thing a nicer touch for the morning, as no tourist will bring matching coffee-pads in their pockets..
It was clean and close to public transport, host responded to messages quickly and earlier check-in of an hour was no problem. Parking right next to building!

We stayed for one night. Great apartment. Stylish design, spacious, has everything you need for a sane price (hairdryer, fridge, washing machine, iron, ect.). 7 minutes walk to the metro station, the journey to the Duomo took half an hour. There is a supermarket and several cafes nearby. Of the minuses, poor sound insulation and the bed on the second floor is terribly creaky. I really like the check-in system and the manager stood in touch and answered all my sill questions.

Everything! Location was a bit outside but we knew it. Great that we had free parking. The person welcoming us was so nice and helpful. The apartment was so cool, unique, Modern and comfortable. 2 shower/ toilets was such a luxury to have!!
