The room was tiny but functional. Bed was not comfortable. Shower was the smallest I have ever seen and not as clean as I would have liked.

Location was excellent just up the street from the Colloseum. Staff were lovely and helpful with giving directions and a map of the city. They also provided a bottle of wine on check in.

Shower was extremely small, had to squeeze in sideways and we aren't big people! Dubious toilet flushing system.

Location was fantastic! Just a stones throw from the Colosseum and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Easy self check-in. Breakfast room set up and ready to go every morning. Comfortable bed and opening windows for ventilation. Small lift to get luggage up to 1st floor.

The shower for our room was a bit small and tricky to get into/out of, and didn't have much hot water. Toliet struggled with normal flushing (we never put anything in besides toilet paper, but always took 3+ flushes). Note, the building is old so quirks like that are to be expected, but it got a bit tedious with three people sharing one bathroom.

Fantastic location, great for getting around to all the sites in Rome! Genuinely less than a minute from front door to the Colosseum. Lovely staff who help point out places to go see etc. Lovely little dining area for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day.

Overall, every thing was good and would definitely stay again. The one item that was disappointing was the shower. Extremely small. In fact, if you are a big person you will not fit through the shower door. I am 5'10" 220 lbs and barley made it inside. So, if your bigger than me. Don't rent this place. Otherwise rent it because it was fantastic.

It was a one bedroom we rented for a week. It had great location (200 feet from the Colosseum and 500 feet from the subway station) and was very clean (and being clean was a major item for my wife). They had a breakfast room that was also great with lots of goodies.

We found the shower to be extremely small and cramped. The breakfast consisted of only sweet prepackaged items, which we didn't enjoy, although this might be standard in Italy. Despite these minor issues, they were the only reasons preventing us from giving a perfect 10 rating.

The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute stroll from the Colosseum. Our room was comfortably air-conditioned, a must-have during Rome's hot days. The lady in charge was exceptionally helpful, offering us a map of key attractions and always with a pleasant demeanor. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our luggage in the lobby for late flights.

The bed wasn't super confortable and there were weird noises through the night, but if you are tired tou will sleep either way! The breakfast was not that special, just some prepackaged food and coffee, but still good enough to start your day.

Very good value for money. The location is excellent, really close to the metro station, you can even see the coloseum from the rooms and really easy to get to just walking from the main attractions.

I had read comments about the bathroom and shower. It’s true that it is small but honestly, added to the adventure and experience of it all. Do not let these comments stop you from booking this great venue.

Was told it was a room with twin beds. And it had a balcony. . This wasn't true. But still enjoyed our stay

The location was brilliant. The room was small but clean. We were told it was a twin room with a balcony. This wasn't correct. It was a double so my son and myself had to share a bed. We arrived after 1pm so the owner messaged us on WhatsApp and explained how to enter the guest house. We only saw the owner once during our stay. But we were in touch with the app if we needed any help. We would stay here again. Especially because we were near the Colosseum.

Breakfast was a little disappointing as just prepackaged cossants and pastries so were not fresh and coffee machines were unfortunately not working, but for the price paid for Room we didn't really mind that much, The shower was nice and hot but tiny so it would probably be difficult for a larger person. But on the whole a great little place if you're just looking for a clean basic friendly base to explore Rome
