We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe location is depressing. It’s in a decaying industrial area. However, I walked over to the nearby commercial area with no problem. Don’t expect charm, just pleasant functionality.
It was reasonably close to the airport, so I could catch my morning flight out. The hotel itself is fine—new, no particular character, but it serves a purpose for those flying out. The rooms are modern and comfortable; the staff is helpful.

SloveniaThe lack of a modern coffee machine and dated decor gave the impression of stepping back into the 80s. Breakfast was mediocre, too many sweets, not enough vegetables (just beans), overcooked eggs ... Some tables weren't made, which was a minor inconvenience.
The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment. The overall experience was satisfactory, with the room's cleanliness and comfort compensating for the shortcomings.

Cypruswe couldn't operate the air condition at the gym, which was small, and you had to inform the reception before your entrance (ok for cardio and free weights, don't expect much from the multimachine)
It is a hidden gem between Florence and Pisa. Beautiful room, just enough for two adults and two children. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect, with a bathtub and adjustable shower head. The breakfast was good (no fried eggs). You can order an espresso or a cappuccino (free of charge). The covered parking was a big plus. The staff was polite and helpful. Location: just 10 minutes walk from a big mall (I Gigli). 30 min driving from Florence.
