Clean beautiful room, great bed, air conditioning, calm area, although few km away from Firenze, the fact that there was train every hour, actually was better to not stay in the city.

The lack of a modern coffee machine and dated decor gave the impression of stepping back into the 80s. Breakfast was mediocre, too many sweets, not enough vegetables (just beans), overcooked eggs ... Some tables weren't made, which was a minor inconvenience.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment. The overall experience was satisfactory, with the room's cleanliness and comfort compensating for the shortcomings.

Position not so comfortable if you wanna go out for walking a bit

The hotel is so nice. Room and bathroom very clean big enough, and comfortable. I did not try meals so I cannot tell anything about that. Staff is super nice and kind. You can use private free parking if you need.

The location and entrance are not the best. The restaurant doesn't have big selection but anyway very good.

Good hotel, nice for business, no noise, clean and rooms quite big. Good stuff, helpful and gentle. There was a light broken in the bathroom the First day, then afterwork it fixed and I didn't say anything, very good.

we couldn't operate the air condition at the gym, which was small, and you had to inform the reception before your entrance (ok for cardio and free weights, don't expect much from the multimachine)

It is a hidden gem between Florence and Pisa. Beautiful room, just enough for two adults and two children. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect, with a bathtub and adjustable shower head. The breakfast was good (no fried eggs). You can order an espresso or a cappuccino (free of charge). The covered parking was a big plus. The staff was polite and helpful. Location: just 10 minutes walk from a big mall (I Gigli). 30 min driving from Florence.

We reserved a room for 3 people but they was no any additional bed in our room when we checked in in the afternoon. Actually we forgot to remind them during our check in time and then we came again back from the city in the late evening, there was still no additional bed in the room and the receptionist could not do anything for it because of the late time. We slept with our son in the same bed, luckly it was quite a big twin bed. The location was too far from the city but actually I was aware of it during the reservation.

The reception was nice. They have a private parking area. It is mostly a business hotel. We drove to the city center by our car and parked it near the train station, and walked in the city all the day. The room was clean enough and convenient. we did not take breakfast.

the temperature in the room was too high due to the central heating and could not be controlled from the room. i had to keep the window open to compensate. there was smell of cigarette from time to time coming from the bathroom ventillation. there was a garage, thet is good, but with no direct access to the hotel, and the hotel is located in n industrial area, didnt feel too safe at night. the towels were changed after the first use despite if I left them hanging,

not within walking distance of anything but a mall. Had to taxi everywhere which was $25-45 USD depending on if you get a greedy cab driver.

Immaculate cleaning and very friendly English speaking staff. They easily coordinated taxis for me.
