The buffet breakfast in a vast dining room could have been better organised. Items seemed to have been grouped haphazardly with large distances between serving stations. Cooked items were cold and bread and baked goods were stale and tough.

We had a room in the new block with a vast terrace - much appreciated as our arrival coincided with a sunny break in the appalling weather we'd experienced throughout our autumn break in Italy. This is a large establishment given over during the daytime to conferences and seminars. Drinks in the courtyard and dinner in the restaurant were pleasant and not overpriced. The airport shuttle was efficient and convenient.

A bit pricey to get into & out of Verona . Would be great if they had a shuttle service a few times in & out a day into town even if 15 eur each way but 30 with a taxi adds up one way quickly

Although there are various plant milks available at breakfast, none made their way to the poolside bar, when I was really hanging out for an oat milk latte. A small complaint, perhaps, but if they have it on the premises, what a shame they can't provide it when it's so longed-for! Planes taking off are quite noisy. But then, it's near the airport, which is a plus, right? Lots of selection on the restaurant menu but nothing vegan, except side dishes. Not bad prices though, considering quality and location, and good waiting staff.

A bit of a wow hotel, much posher than I'm used to. Not cheap, but good value considering how nice it was. Lovely pool, big enough to swim lengths. The hotel is pretty big and easy to get lost in! But it doesn't feel too busy, and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. The old part of the building is beautiful. I think the more expensive rooms in the old bit must be gorgeous. Vegan options at breakfast were a little strange, but appreciated for their existence! Free airport shuttle is very useful.

No complaints whatsoever.

The staff were super helpful. Our flight home got cancelled, we were rebooked for the following day. This was the reason for booking this hotel. On returning our hire car to the airport ( on time, as planned) . The hotel sent a driver to collect us and take us back to the hotel. 10/10 for customer service.

We needed to be at the airport at 5 a.m. We chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle was not available at that time and we had to take a taxi and spend an additional 22$ for a 10 minute ride. I suggest that they expand their shuttle service to accommodate early morning travelers.

The room was fine. Dinner at the restaurant was nice. They prepared breakfast bags for us.

- the location of the Hotel is perfect, very close to the highway exit / entrance and to the airport and for sure it is not a long ride to the Verona city center, a good place to stay - free parking garage (first Hotel in Italy, where i have been finding something like this, a day before i had to pay Euro 40 per day for parking in Firenze) - very big rooms, stylish made and very, very clean - very friendly staff - a winery in the Hotel - a billard table, a soccer table in the underground - a 25 m pool - absolutely cool and the outside area around the pool is also very nice and big (with enough umbrellas and sun chairs aso) - the food in the own restaurant was excellent - free water automats in the several floors of the Hotel - we have been arriving later in the evening and the reception asked us, if we want to sleep longer the next day and they have been prolonging the check out time for 2 hours for free (excellent customer orientation) - several big meeting rooms - also perfect for company events aso

-Unfortunately or flight was delayed and the restaurant's kitchen was closed at 10PM when we arrived, and we missed our dinner. We hoped to grab something at the bar, but even if the kitchen was supposed to close in 15 minutes we were told that was already too late: a nice employer was able to prepare for us a couple of panini and we were all set, but there were other clients arriving just few minutes after us who were not so lucky. -There were no quadruple or family rooms available on booking, and we had to book 2 double: in this way it was more expensive than what we were expected to pay; fine for just one night stay, but I'll find other solutions in case I have to stay more days. Also, lighting is a little odd (the switch are not powering, i.e., the bedight, or are lifting up or down automatically the curtains... in spite of that, there was not enough dark to stop the morning lights from the windows)

The hotel exceeded my expectation: I picked it because of the proximity with the airport, the free shuttle service, the large swimming pool, and the restaurant with a great selection of beers and wines. It is wide and very well renovated from an old mansion (a little labyrinthian somehow, but not an issue), the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff was nice, professional, and very helpful with our check out, and in finding us a cab for Verona: it is a short trip, but not so easy to find an available car. The drivers of the shuttle were both very patient and nice, our experience was great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, soundproof, full of nice amenities. Breakfast was great, various choices and tasty! An hour at the pool after a very hot morning downtown was a great plus for recharging us before our following trip. We will definitely be back to this hotel next time we fly to Verona!

The location is brilliant for the airport but is further away from the city. Perfect for a relaxed break rather than the tourist thing.

This is a fabulous hotel, the rooms and facilities are stunning, the outside pool is really lovely and the staff are super efficient and friendly.

A bit hard to get there. The airport shuttle only runs from 7 am onwards and so they ordered a taxi without telling me it would be 20 euros for a 4 minute ride. A total ripoff!! Airport hotels should have shuttles at all times there are flights - especially since the airport was full at 5:30 am when I got there.
