The room was smaller that I thought, especially as there was 3 adults

It was close to alot of amenities, such as the large market across the road, the underground rail and the vatican.

Location is really great because it is very near the Vatican so if you want to have a rest or shower in between walks, you can walk to the guest house. It is near Metro (but sometimes metro was not working) and bus stops and there is a big market place just across where one can buy olives and fresh produce and fruits! Alberto was also very prompt in responding to queries and was very helpful. It was an amazing stay in his guest house!

Stayed there for the second time. Alberto has been very helpful, made us feel welcome and is a great host in general. The area is safe and ideal for visiting the Vatican. Busses and metro are nearby to explore Rome.

Can be noisy, when window is open

300 meters from Vatican museum, in front of building is a green market, can be loud, but this a Italy.planty of restaurants, street food,caffes,and what makes me happy, not that much tourists, on contrary of Rome center

Alberto is a super friendly and helpful host. The breakfast voucher worked well and the bar has a great selection of italian bakery items, so you can have something new every morning. Great restaurants in the area, just a few minutes away from the entrance of the Vatican museum. Bus stops and the Metro are also in walking distance. The room was nice, The bed comfortable. All you need for a great stay in the eternal city.

There was only one thing we didn’t like - a bad smell from the bathroom, I guess it was coming from pipes because the bathroom was clean.

The location was awesome and very close to the Vatican Museums and other touristic places. There were many nice restaurants nearby as well as a huge market with food, fresh fruits, etc. The owner was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was in a nice coffee shop with a super nice staff (although not everyone will like coffee and a sweet croissant for breakfast). The room was nice, clean and quite spacious.

The only thing is that it’s difficult to get hot water in the shower.

We loved the location. The room was very nice and clean. The host was very helpful, we had a problem with shower and the host solved the issue right away. He also allowed us to leave our bags after check-out which was amazing. The apartment is soundproof. We will definitely come back.

Good location, lot of restaurants and shops around, bus and metro stations are near. Host is really kind, and in the room you've got everything you need. It was also clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a nice touch.

Only real downside, which I have to write here, even tho alberto said he knows about it and probably will fix it (I hope) was the ventilation in bathroom was bad, and it smelled really bad. He warned as at the start so there is that. Second worse thing which nobody did anything about was included coffee maker, which was not cleaned and had mold in it with a lot of used coffee capsules. We emptied it, but it would be great if it was cleaned before the guests come. It is a little turn of. All of those things could be one time thing that are solved on our next visit so even considering those downsides, I would say it was worth it and would visit again.

Alberto was a great host, He helped us find the right restaurants and shown us a little bit of the culture we could not otherwise see as tourists. The places looked great for the price, and the location was phenomenal.

The walls of the rooms are quite thin and it is rather easy to hear other people showering or plugging in electrical devices on the other side of the walls. However, it was not too disturbing.

The breakfast was super nice, great quality and wide variety of croissants are available and the coffee is also delicious. The host is very friendly and attentive and speaks very good English too.

Problems with the smell in the bathroom which obviously exist already for a langer period. And fix some smaller stuff like the rusty toiletpaperholder, humid on the lower side of the door.

It was really well located and the breakfast very good. Alberto was very kind and allowed us to leave our things at the room before we officially occupy the room. The market opposite was a little noisy, but the windows were well insulated, at there you could get a lot of Italian delicacies. :)

The room could be a bit cleaner. The breakfast consist of some crumbly bread, so there were some ants.

The vents wasn't working in the bathroom, and the showers was a little bit wretched. I think a water bolier and a microwave oven in the public room will be very useful. The double bed was very comfy, but the third bed was a camp-bed. The breakfast was one biscuit and one muffin per person with a lot of jam and nutella, no butter or cold meat.

The hotel was very near to Vatican, a lot of cozy restaurant was in the precincts. Aircondition, TV, mini fridge and coffee machine in the rooms, and bidet in the bathroom. We needed an extra night accomodation and the owner kindly solved it.
