The position is not perfect, but it's not the worst ( because it's close to the beach). In the center of Rimini is nicer, but you can get there by bus-20 minutes.

I will start by saying that the best thing at this hotel is the staff. They made you feel cozy and they were very very friendly, the best staff I have ever found at a hotel. The Hotel itself is nice, good size room, and very clean. Oh, and the breakfast, every day with something new :) And the good vibe at the breakfast :D

Struttura moderna, pulitissima e ben curata. Staff molto professionale, estremamente cortese e disponibile, il direttore Fabio in prima persona. Modern, extremely clean, and well-maintained facility. The staff is very professional, extremely courteous, and accommodating, with the manager Fabio leading by example.

There is some art in the corridoors that interferes with taller or broader shoulder people. I liked the art but I didn't like the idea that the only fire escape straicase was filled with stuff that would block the way in case of emergency. The shower had a peak window for natural light but no cover options. So other people from the balcony can see you showering. Yeah they can admire your shiny clean ass but you didn't sign up for this😀 Do not bring kids under 12 as there is a lot of naked art🙂 some young boys were amazed by the drawings (in a curious way) but I suppose they were also quite happy🙂

The style and the place met the expectations. The staff was helpful although some jokes were too Italian😀 you might get it too slow. The place tries to be international but some mistakes in common english are seen in the wording in main areas. Looks funny but does not help at all.

Hotel is only a 20-25minutes walk from the airport, also near to the beach, but little bit far away from the center. Staff was very friendly, breakfast war enough, good but not as rich as a continental breakfast is.

The design and atmosphere is fantastic and is matched by the kindness of the staff. Every detail in this little hotel is whimsical and well thought out. Even the packaging of all product was clever and fun. Great place for kids!

We could not turn on the AC due to the city policy prohibiting to use the AC before June. But the room was not cool enough in May. We ended up sweating. Also, the wall is not noise canceling. We heard the door and people walk at night and in the morning.

Some design elements such as the sliding bathroom door, and control of air-conditioning appear leftover from an earlier version of the hotel and not working properly. A bit less of smart apps and a bit more care of analog, basic amenities would make the hotel a real gem.

What made the Up Hotel special is the staff and the whole concept of a smart hotel with a bunch of apps and perks around. The hotel is a short walk from the beach on a small side street. It is full of smart functions leaving the guests a lot of choices to shape the comfort of their stay. The staff is unmatched in kindness and eagerness to make your stay as relaxed and feel at home as possible.
