Simply excellent. We got upgraded an bigger rooms for free. Very good location, close to see. Services in the hotel on the high level. Very nice and green surrounding area with the nice pool. Breakfast, in variety and quality, perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice terrace on the roof, for late glass of wine or cocktail in the evening.

The spa area could be updated and it’s a shame they do not provide a bottle of water every day in the room. With the price we paid we would expect that especially how hot it was.

Beautiful property in the heart of Lido Di Camaiore. Staff were super friendly and a special shout out to Agnesa for being so helpful and making restaurant reservations for us! The pool is lovely and spacious and the breakfast is top class. The rooms are lovely and clean

Unfortunately we were given a north facing room, which meant that our balcony was on the same side as a local outdoor music/entertainment venue. Every single night (for 8 nights) there was either live music or an outdoor cinema event, usually on until around midnight/1am. Whilst the doors blocked most of the sounds (and it didn't affect the children sleeping) it meant that once the children were asleep we couldn't make use of the balcony in the evening - which was less than ideal. The pool bar was a little expensive too. €2 for water felt a lot given the heat - and there were no water refill stations in the hotel. This was disappointing and not very sustainable either. The food was nice but again, pricey. €10 for a cheese toastie and some crisps - and there was a €2 cover charge! We made use of a local supermarket which was walking distance away and saved a lot!

A fantastic hotel! The pool was great and very big. It was July/August and there was always plenty of space in and around the pool. They allowed the children to use inflatables too which was great. The breakfast was brilliant and varied. The room was clean. We had a family room and it was great for us and two children. Shower and bathroom great. Two large wardrobes too. We couldn't have asked for better. The beds were very comfy! Free bicycles (loads of them) were perfect for getting around. We also made use of the free Padel court. The rooftop bar was very nice. My parents ate there and had a fantastic experience with the Chef's Table. ALL the staff we encountered throughout our stay were all friendly and polite. It was noticeable how great they were. The location is good - opposite the beach. But given the very very high taxi rates, you need a bike and/or public transport to travel around a bit. It was a nice 20 minute cycle to Viareggio. From there we got the train to Pisa. We also used the bus (very near the hotel) to get to Pietrasanta - but getting home late at night wasn't easy. We would absolutely stay here again though and would recommend. It really was one of the better hotels we saw in the area.

I do not have anything I didn’t like about the property. My only complaint would be the meal provided with the Euros Football “Pub” evening. The food was very poor and over priced. Serving potato chips (crisps) rather than French Fries (chips) with Steak was an insult to the customer.

I could not find any fault with the property. The room was lovely, breakfast was excellent, the facilities including the pool, tennis court, panel court and bicycle s were very good.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The facilities are fantastic, it was incredibly clean and the staff are so helpful and really make the stay. They helped at every opportunity and customer service is first class. The customer relations manager is really helpful and friendly too and recognised us from our first visit.

Parking was hard when it was busy at the weekend. Bit further along the strip than we'd of liked. At least a 30 - 40 minutes walk the busy part of town. Train station was a bit further away than we thought so glad we had the car & not a taxi.

Excellent Customer service. Staff very helpful 24/7 & very English speaking. Free bike to take out. Very clean. Amazing breakfast.

A real sophisticated friendly atmosphere the minute you walk into the hotel. We enjoyed the interesting Art which spreads through the reception into the lounge and all around the hotel. Our suite was amazing, spacious, bright and airy. A Huge balcony to sit and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine whilst the perfume of the jasmine from the beautiful garden permeates through the air. (we were lucky enough to be upgraded so was extremely happy.) The roof top bar and restaurant is wonderful, a beautiful view of the sea amazing sunset. staff were very attentive and the couple that were singing and playing guitar were fabulous. Can’t wait to return in September.

The hotel definitely needs some renovation on the outside as well as on the inside premises. We had a consistent bad smell in our room that came from the air conditioning. That should be checked. But by far the worst part -and this is not an exaggeration - was the condition of the wellness area. Especially, sauna and steam bath should be closed down and immediately reworked and renovated. This has for the most part lead to the negative impression and the deduction of the evaluation.

From what I have seen, definitely one of the better locations in Lido di Camaiore. Great Location, just separated from a main street to the beach. Nice rooftop bar and restaurant. Good housekeeping, rooms were very clean. Good opportunities for children with an indoor and outdoor play area. Well equipped rooms for families.

The bathroom was poor. Swimming pool inside allows kids just up to 13:00 from 10:00 Food prices in restaurant a bit overpriced compared what you get for that value.
