Quite average room. I was staing nearby the bar at 4th floor with loud live music until 23. Nice but a bit tiresome.

The breakfast was disappointing, both in terms of what it was and how it was laid out in the restaurant. The latter could be easily changed by rearranging the furniture and bringing the breakfast buffet closer together. It didn’t spoil my experience though, I would simply recommend going somewhere else for breakfast, like a nice cafe nearby.

The house is wonderfully light and clean and spacious, I loved the modern feeling when I came in. Staff were super friendly, the room was bigger than I’d expected with a beautiful new bathroom. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic and the sunset view with the infinity pool unbeatable. I was there by car and found it very conveniently located to visit Pisa and Lucca. I will definitely go back.

Blinds didn’t work mini bar was faulty balcony not cleaned dirty ashtray.. need to clean corners by the shower staff not helpful Breakfast tables need cleaning when people come down for breakfast total mess when people are waiting for tables .

When you walk in the place is all white and bedrooms are bright with lights .

Pillows too thin. The floor of the bathroom had an infiltration and kept wet all the time. Apart of that, the bathroom is very good. If you want to have lunch in the beach restaurant in the weekend book before.

We had a free upgrade for an early check in. The receptionist was very kind. The hotel is renovated and very beautiful. The room is all white and clear. There is a bar with a beautiful swimming pool in the rooftop.

We had booked Familie room for 4 people, but there weren't linen and pillows for 4 people. We waited more than 25 min for check in. There was a queue and only one receptionist. The second receptionist came later.

The cleaning. Unacceptable for 5 stars to find dark hairs on bed, extra blanket and in the bathroom. Found dust everywhere also. 10 am checkout is way too early.

The staff is excellent! Thanks Denise for all the information and service. All reception, restaurant and bar staff were very welcoming, keep this up guys! Great spacious room, big balcony. Felt really comfortable. Hotel is great value for money. Also loved the breakfast. Pool still open in oktober ! Most hotels around closed it. And easy access to the beach. I really didn't mind paying for a beachchair.

The menu in restaurant is very limited but I gues everyobe could find something to eat there. Restaurant and roof bar was quite pricy.

Nice modern and cleen hotel for the value on your money. Rooms are comfy and clean. Fantastic roof terace with the swimming pool on top and a restaurant for the evening meal. Overall not bad place to stay for a night.

Price for beach. Occasional long queues in the reception. The blue glow stares caused slight vertigo.

Though gray and expressionless from outside, the inside is surprisingly modern and has many comfortable corners. Two pools provide plenty of lounging opportunities and the sunset view from the roof is priceless. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating to small requests. There is bus stop just outside the hotel and it was possible to rent e-bikes on spot (25 EUR a day) to tour around.

The non-pork cold-cut options on the breakfast buffet were very limited, even though there were several Muslim guests. If you're not a half-pension guest - avoid the ground-floor "buffet restaurant". The buffet part is a small selection of starters and two cakes plus fresh fruit for dessert. Besides that you chose 2 courses, which in our case seriously lacked seasoning and taste. We only used this dinner option 1 out of 3 nights.

The breakfast buffet was good (see below as well). The room was comfortable, with a small balcony facing the street. Good solid metal blinds keep the morning sun out of your room. Daily cleaning is perfect. They wash the floor daily. The rooftop restaurant is good, and the view is excellent. We had dinner there the first night and it exceeded our expectations. Also, during the day the pool is a nice place to relax - 16+ year restrictions keep most kids at the ground-floor pool and playground.

First night the AC wasn’t working properly in our room. But this was fixed for the next night.

The infinity pool area was very nice. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive to everyone. Bianca was very kind and helpful. She made excellent restaurant recommendations and made our reservations.
