We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly a minor problem, but the air conditioning in the room was not working so we were all very hot overnight. Taxi to or from Airport is about 25 Euros for a 12min journey because a 6Euro supplement is added for a short journey.
Restaurant next door served amazing dishes, all freshly made, and even the pasta was handmade. Staff there were so nice and friendly. It was a lovely evening. Hotel arranged a taxi for the morning, and breakfast was available from 0645.

United KingdomReception stayed open for us as our flight was late and also delayed. Very friendly Davide was there to greet us and also sort out some toiletries as our cases didn’t arrive. Very well stocked supermarket across the road was a bonus as well. Plus a coffee shop with delicious pastries.

Huge room with great facilities (including a small kitchen), spotlessly clean and large bathroom with bath. Breakfast was included in the price and was perfectly adequate.

Much bigger than usual rooms, equipped with everything you need and for a very reasonable price compared to its peers. Staff are friendly and helpful, situated in a quiet area and conviniently located next to the airport.

IsraelThere is no anti-mosquito mesh on the windows and balcony door. There is no receptacle for the kettle near the room table where the kettle is. We had to take the kettle to the bathroom where the receptacles were.
The reasonable price, free parking. The room was big with a large balcony. There is a kettle with tea/coffee bags, a small mini bar, and two small bottles of mineral water. The hotel is located in a shopping mall area with a big supermarket. Pretty close to the airport and it is very convenient to short-stay before early morning flights. What is also important who rents a car - there are some petrol stations very close to the hotel
