A serious lack of storage facilities. When we arrived we had 4 hangers for 2 people and not a single drawer or cupboard for clothes. Walking tours were intrusive, we often found people on our doorstep and once they even complained that we were getting in the way of their photo.

Nicely maintained property with quality bathroom fittings. The property was well serviced with cleaners arriving early each day. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. We had a nice courtyard with sunloungers and hot tub. We did not use the cooking facilities so cannot comment. However the Trullo we stayed in was very compact and not sure it was up to any serious cooking . Overall Alberobello is quite a nice town with some pretty locations and nice restaurants but, of course, very busy with tourists. The staff at the rental office were lovely and very helpful.

The cafetería ladys serving the breakfast today Sept 2/24 .

The location of the room was great, in the middle of one of the Trulli's neighborhood, two blocks from the main pedestrian street . Room space was nice, we even had a little backyard. Parking was included in a free Public parking lot 3 blocks from the room . Breakfast is serve in a café close by . It is a fix menu , not bad , boiled egss, lots of fresh pastries chesse , ham etc . It's not selfserve , there was a lady serving anything we chose wich it is Ok but I found the lady with a little bit of an attitude... not as nice as the rest of the people we have been interacting with .

The pre travel correspondence was superb. The location in relation to the office to collect and be shown to our Trulli (Number 12) the town, bars/restaurants,supermarket and wow your own driveway. Im hopeless with names but the gentleman who walked us to our Trulli was amazing

Amazing!! Perfect renovation of the trullo,with respect for the history of the area. Very comfortable.Daily housekeeping. The staff of the reception (Franchesco and Daniela)really helpful , multilingual,and friendly. The breakfast served in a nearby cafe very good in quality and quantity. Overall for us,it was a holiday to remember. We will be back soon.

Only thing is on the first night I found the bed to be a little uncomfortable it felt like I was sinking in the middle.

My dream of staying in a Trulli came true thanks to Albergo Diffuso! The trulli was located perfectly, basically Alberobello is on your doorstep. Parking was located 5 minutes walk away the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly and communicated everything effectively. The Trulli was clean and cosy I loved everything about the interior. Breakfast is booked in a time slot which some may find different but I guess that system works from them and we didn’t have a problem with that plus the breakfast was delicious especially their homemade cakes.

It was a very good experience. The staff was very kind. They've indicated to us a medieval experience and the things we should visit. Waking up with natural light was wonderful.

The bed was uncomfortable, squeaky and the fridge made noises all through the night. Would have benefitted from spare pillows in the room.

This is an incredible place to stay and experience a Truili and the town. We stayed in a 400 year old Trulli that felt like it was built yesterday. The breakfast was amazing each morning and we absolutely loved our stay.

It’s quite a long way to pull your suitcase. A golf cart would be a nice option for the luggage. The organization of the breakfast is also unique. It feels like making a doctor’s appointment: choose your time slot, come on time keep seated until you are called. It’s not bad but unusual.

It’s a unique experience to stay in a Trullo. The location is excellent to explore Alberobello.. The staff was very friendly. The quality of the breakfast is good.

Parking was located a fair distance from room/reception

Lovely room in beautiful neighbourhood equipped with spacious bathroom, air conditioning and court yard with grape vines and hammock. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast at Cosi Comera - also with attentive staff.

It was a little loud during the day as it is across from a little shop but overall it was lovely. Also I suggest the tv is updated with Netflix :)

Everything was super clear and easy. There was a designated private parking to leave our car. The location was excellent and close to everything. The staff were very helpful and informative. The trullo was adorable and clean, very romantic. Overall great experience!

That’s so much like, rather, would have liked to have seen, and did: A little bit more amenity in the room, more space intentionally created to open up suitcases, samples of local snacks, and foods. Not having these things was not a big issue at all… Overall, I thought it was excellent
