The water pressure was inadequate. There were apparently city works which caused the occasional brief total stoppage, but even when it was working it wasn’t enough for a decent shower.

Location excellent, within walking distance of everything, for those unable to walk a distance, the metro is just down the road . Accommodation pleasant, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. The staff we met were very pleasant and very helpful.

The water in the lavatory seemed to run a very long time after you had flushed it. Maybe a plumber could improve that.

We loved everything. Every question we may have had had been answered in advance. The room was cosy, clean and nicely decorated. The recently decorated bathroom had a bidet and two types of shower head. We also loved that this was an oasis of calm and peace compared to the outside world. We slept so well.

The breakfast is cappuccino and a croissant! Which was ok for us but maybe if you needed something extra it would be good too be aware of this

The location was perfect! Right outside the accommodation you were treated with the view of the colliseum. The accommodation was very clean! Actually better than what you see on the pictures! Quiet and very comfortable! The host is very helpful! Quick replying too messages and very nice! We 100% recommend this accommodation as it covers everything needed for your visit to Rome

There was a misunderstanding of a tax that needed to be paid after the two nights and was apparently not included when I paid for the room. The facility uses the What’s App and after I received the keys, I never looked at the App again. After the two nights I left a tip for the staff. I was supposed to leave a bit more for a separate tax. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The rooms and the location was amazing. It was nice walking out of the building and watching the sunrise over the Colosseum.

Electronic lock on the main entry door was very hard to open. You only need it ones on arrival. After that you will have a key.

Location is amazing! Owners are great and very responsive. Helpful with little hints. Had a little issue with hot water that was fixed almost instant. Overall, we are very happy with stay. A little espresso machine is a very nice touch.

Great location! It was wonderful walking out of the main building to the sight of the colosseum. The room had everything we needed. Would highly recommend. Close to the metro and short walks to all the main tourist attractions. Super busy area at night.

Everything about this property was perfect! Location was literally directly across from the Coliseum. Situated between 2 great restaurants. Upon arrival we were given recommendations for restaurants in the area and close by. When we left the owner arranged a taxi for us to the airport.

The room was perfect! Brand new furniture, very comfortable bed! Very clean and cozy! Next to the Colosseum! Its near to everything! We enjoyed walking next to the monuments not being afraid about our return! We enjoyed our included breakfast everyday with a view at the Colosseum! Thank you Simona for all the information you gave us! It was very helpful!! We definitely recommend this apartment and we hope to be there again soon!!
