Its a room inside a house with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. It was a friendly environment but still i would rather more privacy with a fridge in the room.

It was very close to the train staiton. Owner of the house Fernanda was very kind and wonderful person. Gave us all the necessary directions to enjoy the city.

Location was convenient to the train station which we wanted. Fernanda was a kind and informative host. She provided us with a helpful map, coupons, and recommendations. She was always available if we needed any questions answered.

We felt very welcome due to the attentive nature of Fernanda, the owner. She gave helpful advice and when we had issues with our car rental, she was very supportive as well. The accommodation is in walking distance from the various sights of Florence. Definitely recommend.

Our host Fernanda was very accommodating and welcoming. She made sure we were ok when we arrived, gave us many suggestions on food, tours, and sights around the city. It was really welcoming to have. We had sweets and snacks offered to us in our room and in the common fridge, everything is very organized. On our last day Fernanda was so sweet and accommodating to keep our luggage's after the check out, since our flight was late she arrange to have them kept for us until we needed to pick them up in the evening. I cannot express how grateful we are for her and for her hospitality.

Signora Fernanda is fabulous! She obviously loves her city and is very prepared with all the best and most pertinent information for visitors to Florence. Signora Fernanda went above and beyond, to locate something I important I needed but couldn’t find myself. The room is comfortable and has everything of home, truly. A steady stream of hot water showers for consecutive people…a bonus.

No washing facilities, however this is a minor issue as there is 2 laundromats just down the road.

Was very secure and central to all things we wanted to do. Nothing is out of walking distance and it was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice apartment and clean.It's very close to the train station, less than 5 minutes, and very close to the city center.Fernanda is great, it's so kind and helpfull.Every thing is perfect.You have a restaurant nearby, where is great food, and there is also a good bakery and La Carraia gelatto is also very close.There is a Carffour Expres shop near by and also local shops.If we are returning to Florence we are definitly returning here.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Fernanda the host is amazing! 🤩😎 She was really kind and gave us a lot of information about the city, tips where to go and recommendation how we can save money during the sightseeing. The accomodation is close to everything! You can reach every spot on foot. The apartman is very well-equipped and clean. For example there are 4 different coffe maker. So everybody finds there own sitze. 😍 It’s a little thing, but very attentive. When we gonna come back to florence we will definitely stay here again!

The stay was amazing! Upon checking in, Fernanda gave us an amazing explanation of the city, the beautiful places to see, some history and even a city map with the most interesting places and streets. She also recommended multiple nearby restaurants. If needed we could contact her very easily and fast via Whatsapp. The appartment was very clean and beautiful, the kitchen was very equiped and she even left us some welcome drinks and snacks. We got to chose out of 3 different themed bedrooms, which were stunning. The location is very good, short walk to the station and into the city center. Fernanda is a great host with a true passion for the beautiful city and she definitely made our stay even better!

Fernanda is the perfect host. Upon meeting her at the property, she laid out all the city has to offer. She was always available to answer questions, send links, etc. Our room, actually a full apartment, was very comfortable with all amenities. The location is awesome - 5 minutes to train and 5-15 minutes to the most attractions. So close to everything without being crowded. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Fernanda!
