Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very well run and maintained B&B in a centric location, right in front of Bari Centrale. Thoughtful details and amenities in the rooms and other areas of the property. Very nice, helpful, and smiley staff.

Location was perfect, near the station and close to all the sights. Rooms were well decorated, comfortable and spotless. Breakfast, delivered to the room, was so good. There was a balcony with table and chairs with brilliant view. A class power shower. Every morning a fabulous breakfast was brought into the room. It was a great choice as I am coeliac. . AustraliaUnfortunately, due to the owner being away. The person looking after the apartment lacked badly in skills. Did not communicate the correct location when asked. Did not help with luggage. Basically, she did not leave the office until we were at the very small lift. Did not offer a glass of water when she could clearly see how hot and sweating we were. She eventually offered a coffee. I have been in contact with the owner and explained our situation. He was mortified. The breakfast and the sweet lady who delivered it was very good. Overall, the apartment and location deserve a 10.

RomaniaThe location is great: within walking distance to the city center and the local beach, close to the train station and the local bus who takes you to the harbour (if you intend to go on a cruise). The terrace view is really nice. The staff is kind and helpfull. I announced them at 8:30 that I will arrive in an hour with my daughter that had fever, they managed to clean the room and check us in an 9:30 free of charge. I did appreciate this kind of humanity from the owner.

A wonderful apartment in an excellent location close to the train station and amenities. Our host was friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, air conditioned and had everything we needed. Lovely complementary toiletries and a well stocked mini bar and very reasonable prices. Breakfast was brought to our room and was also very good. An excellent find in the great of Bari!

It was a perfect location, right by station , in centre of town and an easy walk to the old town. The room was lovely, very clean and modern , fast Wi-Fi . It was a real treat to have breakfast delivered to room . Staff were super friendly and very helpful.
