Absolutely gorgeous vineyard. Everyone was so lovely and the activities were all wonderful. Perfect place to unwind and recharge. Room was large and food at the Osteria was delicious!

These are just minor suggestions for improvement such as providing slippers in the room and maybe an investment in small nespresso type machines rather than instant coffee?

The reception staff was excellent! Incredibly helpful, particularly Matteo and the night attendant (sorry I did not get his name) who went out of the way to help us with our early departure at 4am. The grounds looked fantastic and it was a shame we didn’t have better weather, so we could walk around. Breakfast was also very good.

Hotel road had many large holes. Parking car park for reception was small and required skilled manoeuvring to access. In fairness staff offered to take luggage from main car park to hotel - by that time we had already followed the signs and manoeuvred in.

Location was stunning. Approximately 40 mins from Florence. Enjoyable wine tasting. Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and spacious.

Some of the trails could be better with signage. We got lost - however we are not experienced hikers for sure. The service and the proactively given snacks with cocktail could be better - however this is very minor issue honestly.

The location, the room/bathroom were really nice, the view from the room was wonderful Great restaurant with great staff. The one tasting was really great and educational. The price of wine with shipping very reasonable. We did not use the swimming pool (as it was a bit cold) but it it is really nice. Massage can be ordered and there is a room next to the pool for it. Horse back riding is also available, as is hiking with 3 different length trails. Parking lot (if you have a car) is a bit of a hike down and up the hill, however staff can take you in a golf cart is needed. The property is 25-30 min from Florence, so it is not that hard to get to. Our priority was to stay and explore rural Tuscany more so - therefore this was perfect.

Only negative was room was very hot but staff worked with us getting us a fan. 2 days earlier they switched from air to heat and we got an unusual heat blast and had no air. Kept window open during night and temperature dropped.

The most amazing hotel of my life. No words can describe the beauty of this location and the property and bedrooms. It was magnificent , thank you to all the great staff, were so thoughtful and helpful! Also I recommend doing the wine tasting, it was superb!!

Upmarket & beautiful hotel in gorgeous surroundings. Great staff, Caterina welcomed us and assisted with everything, including experiences. Thomas our waiter was also really nice.

bed was a bit hard but then no doubt had we said somethign the staff probably would have sorted it so only a minor thing. maybe some vegetables as an option / side for main meal - which was delicious and wine was very enjoyable

It’s not quite a hotel - one restaurant with same menu for lunch and dinner. No room service. If you were staying for more than two nights it would be difficult to enjoy the lack of variety although the food was good.

Location was superb - countryside 30mins from centre of Florence. Great contrast to the city. Very comfortable.

The roadway coming in was a little bumpy.

It was well maintained, comfortable beds & linens, beautifully set in the Tuscany countryside. Very comfortable setting, beautifully maintained gardens. I would highly recommend this place to a friend!

The bed was quite firm, this is personal preference but could have been more comfortable.

If you are staying here for longer than a couple of nights, you NEED a hire car. We weren’t very lucky with the weather during our stay which meant not being able to use the pool, taxis do not exist in the area, if you manage to get one they will charge a fee just to come and get you (before you have gone anywhere) Restaurant has the same menu for lunch and dinner so can be repetitive if it is your only option for a few days

The most beautiful hotel we have ever been too, location and views are perfect. Restaurant was amazing, staff were so friendly and happy to help. The bar staff around the pool were brilliant, always on hand with drinks and fresh watermelon throughout the day

Aircondition was not too good in the rooms for such heat, Reception forgot about the breakfast pack on the departure day, which was a big pity.

Very beautiful stay in the middle of Toscana, nice breakfast and cozy swimming pool just with a movie "vibe", there are a lot of facilities the hotel offers as an option such as picnic or truffle hunting. Nice live music in the bar and beautiful inside garden. Nice for a week-and stay of a couple or family to feel the atmosphere and nature.
