Nothing in particular. I guess the rooms were small but I feel it’s the same across Venice so no complaints.

The pillows are quite flat and dense, which seems to be typical in Italy; bring your own if you want something softer or loftier.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful; close enough to a vaporetto stop and easy walking distance to all the main attractions, but hidden away in the little alleyways of Venice. The view from our room was of the peaceful courtyard, with trees and greenery. The breakfast service was exceptional; a typical Italian breakfast buffet, in a lovely room with a courtyard view. The server pulled fresh espresso for us, without any limitations, and always with a smile.

The rooms are nothing special but you get what you pay for. The bathroom in our room was quite tight and the shower a bit awkward to use. Overall no significant concerns. This hotel is good value for Venice

The location was great. 10-15 min walk from train station and bus. Very close to vaporetto station as well. Out of the main touristy area of Venice but lots of decent restaurants nearby. The breakfast was a nice spread and a good start to our days.

Could have a look at bathroom mold (we suppose) on the ceiling window, as it doesn’t seem to be cared for. Would be nice to have more or thicker blankets. Breakfast should be improved.

My only complaint was the bed was two twins pushes together. But really it’s not that big of a deal and the bed was still comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tivoli! The hotel was affordable, very central, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay in Venice. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful. The hotel was very safe and locked down during the night. Overall, we loved Venice and having a home base so central to Venice was really amazing! PS: try the Cicchetti bar down the street called Dolce Vita.

Great location! Could walk to all the sights and main train station/bus terminal which is super convenient. Included breakfast was good and very reasonable value for money for the stay. Room was small but clean and comfortable and very sufficient for our stay, given most of the time was spent exploring Venice.

The staff leave around 21:30. There were some kids that started running around the hotel, making some noise, but nothing too serious. The room could use a minibar.

A simple room that had the most basic amenities; Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. The staff were welcoming and check in was easy. Breakfast was alright, though it could do with a little more variety (perhaps some eggs or bacon). The location is very good.

Not a complain as it didn’t bother us in the 32 degree heat! But the shower was hit and miss with hot water. Sometimes it came on straight away whilst other times it took a few minutes and then was in between the 2 for the duration of the shower.

In a great location and staff very helpful. We stayed in the small double room and there was plenty of room for me and my partner. Breakfast was nice and is mainly cakes and pastries with juices, which did the job for us. Would absolutely stay again if I came back to Venice.

Breakfast option is good if you travel with kids. And the kids were satisfied. Location is perfect. The room is overall good, not something special but stable 8 of 10. The staff were awesome. I have nothing to complain and I would come again for sure. I would probably spend here a week or two if I have time.

We were on the lower floor near the outside breakfast area, we would recommend asking to be in different room (21 & 22), as the door to this area starts bagging from all the people going in and out, from 7am until midnight. Water pressure in shower was very poor.

In a quiet part of Venice, but close enough to all attractions. Good restaurants within 50 meters, that won't break the bank account. Good shops in same street. Breakfast at hotel was included, and good, but not great.

Rooms were small and beds a little uncomfortable. Shower was tiny. Not sure how a bigger person would fit. Air con was a godsend but struggled in the heat.

No vendor machine. The flies! Make sure your windows isn't open. The bathroom window was already opened, so flies got in quickly when I put light on. The bed was all right, but I cannot really complain too much. Great spot. Nice staff and the breakfast wasn't bad. Enough to filled up my stomach.

Staff were good, they did the wake up call. Breakfast was nice and simple. I appreciate the "after hour" access code, which allowed me to get in and out of the hotel whenever I want. Only negative is that they don't have vendor machine, when I really needed water. I googled for water and found water foundation to filled my bottle.

Was difficult to take a shower as the water flow is weak. During our stay there , towels were never changed once. The bed was uncomfortable and in a poor condition.

We had 2 single beds tied together instead of a double bed and you could feel the divide in the bed. Maybe a double mattress topper would have provided the comfort /illusion of comfort of the double bed. Beds were nice and firm. Extra bedding in the cupboard which was great! A little fridge would be great (we were in 30 plus degrees) would have been lively to have a bottle of still water. The wifi wasn't good and we struggled to get anything off it.

We loved the breakfast, traditional Italian pastries, many juices and options for breakfast (cheese, meats, juices yogurts, bread (toast), tea, coffee, pastries, fruit cocktail, coco pops, museli and cornflakes, lots of tea selection, , friendly staff, nice big rooms, big nice bathrooms. There were gluten free options; biscuits, bars, muffins, (would be great to have a gluten free bread option). So helpful and great English and other languages. We could store luggage and come and go, we could check in early and the staff were fabulous!
