The room was very dated. The decor, the television, the beds, the bathroom, all just very tired looking and the place could really do with an update

Water went everywhere when having a shower due to the shower screen on the bath not being sealed. Therefore spent 5 minutes drying the floor after a shower which was a pain.

Old room decor and lack of outlets in the room

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bartender Alex was wonderful at entertaining my son. Such a nice person! He went out of his way to make sure my son had a good time. The restaurant was decent for a hotel restaurant. Rooms were clean and reset daily. Bathroom was very dated and 1/3 or our shower door was missing. Bed was ok and pillows were good. It was nice to have the shutters close creating 100% blackout as it really reduced the noise (I was travelling with a 2yr old). You could , as in most places, hear other guests through the door and down the halls. Rooms are a bit old and don’t have outlets by the bed but the affordability really can’t be beat especially when factoring in free parking. We took the city tram into the centre every day and it was only a 8min walk to get there. The tram might have been my son’s favourite part. Overall worth staying here if you just need the basics and would prefer spending your money elsewhere.

Close proximity to the airport. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and had good air conditioning. Easy access to the city centre as the tram stop was a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Everything looks old and rundown Furniture. Carpets , cabinets , toilet etc Many times flashing the toilet was a challenge, to start and to stop the water Noisy location due to the train railways nearby

The hotel has a dated look, and the outlets are inconveniently placed far from the bedside night table.

The friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to the airport, and the rooms are impeccably clean.

Even though close to the airport, there was no shuttle and the roads weren’t safe to walk. 20€ cab ride for a very short distance. The sheet in our room, while clean was stained.

Close to airport. Two of the staff were very nice. I was sick and the desk clerk allowed us to check in an hour early. The evening bar chef fixed my wife pasta and fixed tea for me.

Our room was in severe need of renovation and the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine and rattled like it might fall from the ceiling.

Good location for links to city centre, and parking was easier than most we found.

But the room was very, very old and outdated. My first impression when I walked into the room was an Old People Home. The carpet was dirty, the sheets were clean but the cover blankets they used looked old. The bathroom was tiny as well. We had to go in one at a time for showers. I had a hard time showering the kids as we could hardly turn around in the space. We travel a lot and for the money we spent definitely expected better. We booked for one night as we continued traveling the next day. But we were happy to move on. This Hotel needs a makeover urgently.

Well, I always try to see the positive things when I stay in a hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The elevator was tiny. I guess better to have one then none... the breakfast was ok as well.

The electric switches are totally different than other European countries. So need to borrow the plug to charge mobile. Moreover, the water drainage in washroom is not good. Moreover no free shuttle service to and from hotel.

Pictures were deceptive, property looked completely run down and dirty. Some of the rooms are being renovated but others not. Carpets and walls were dirty and scuffed and our fridge and AC did not work. Had to ask 3 times to fix things before they moved us to a “renovated” room. I booked this property because pictures looked nice and clean but it was completely opposite upon arrival. If I hadn’t already paid for our 3 rooms, we would have left.
