In our initial room, our balcony view was against a wall which was different than in the pictures. However, the very friendly reception staff gave us a different room with side sea view, free of charge. Unfortunately the warm part of the breakfast buffet was often cold.

The accommodation was very nice and modern. It is directly located at the beach with private sunbeds and service. The hotel offers free bikes which makes it easy to get to Follonica for lunch or dinner. The breakfast buffet had a very big offer with fresh juices and fruit.

The staff at the breakfast restaurant were chaotic and we had multiple bad interactions. The sound of people walking in the room above ours was exhausting.

Bathroom design in one bedroom apartment is not ideal. We were not advised of the breakfast a la carte options as part the VIP programme until the end of day 2 of 3, so slightly annoyed with that.

Although we booked our room with sea view we had only a side-sea view and only if goin on the balcony looking on the right corner - so from our room it was no sea view. As we booked a superior room we have been not very satisfied with this. As we were told that the resort is fully booked, we didn’t have the chance to change for a room with straight sea view. Breakfast only until 10:30, we like to sleep and go for breakfast late e.g. 11:00.

Service and quality of food for dinner. Rarely coming to the table, plates were brought not in the right order, people not knowing what you already order, desert never come even after 2 recalls and discussion - never ever!

Having dinner at the restaurant was a disaster experience, never tried a second time. Many nice and better places accessible and at a nice walk distance (Trattoria golfo del sole or La Duna - Ristorante sul Mare)

We would have liked our three beach spots to be together and not so far from the center. A shop on site would be nice for small items like sunscreen, toothpaste, etc.

It was the perfect place for a family holiday. Rooms were wonderful and immaculate. Beach was well-kept and lovely. Bikes were available free of charge for easy rides to Follonica town center.

I don’t advise to eat at the hotel’s restaurants because it is so expensive and it is not worth your money. In the centre of Follonica there are great restaurants and cafes. We took bicycles in hotel and went to Follonica for dinner.

It is a very nice and beautiful hotel with polite stuff. Exiting beach and very beautiful area. In general, everything was very good.

The only little little thing is that there is no gym at the hotel. There is an exercise area outside but a gym inside would be a improvement I believe. But that is the only remark we had.

Lovely staff, super friendly and really welcoming. Food is delicious. Beach is amazing. We did not try the pool but that also looked nice. There is service at the beach with nice drinks and food. Hotel is really beautiful and has a nice and cozy atmosphere. I was here with my mom and sis. We had a lovely week of relaxing together.

No a problem per se, but just bear in mind that you should book a table at the restaurant ahead of your visit (the fancy one on the beach). The main restaurant was good nonetheless

It is not price worthy. If you have time to search for other resorts, I would recommend doing that. That does not mean at all that the sense experience is bad, it is good, and you will for sure have a good time there, but still there are some points where they still need to improve in order to make it worth the value you pay. If you are 20 to 35 years old with no children, which is our case, simply do not go. The whole experience is not designed for you, but for people with 50yr+ or couple with children. Take care with these and you will have a better time there: - The check-in process took us 30 min. If you pay 600Eur euros a night for a couple, you most certainly do not want to wait 30 min to do a check-in. - Before dinner, go to the restaurant and try to reserve a table or take a table far away from the waiter's path. We ate with the waters literally running besides our table, which was extreme stressful. - The sports or yoga tutor could not speak English.

If you go, you will have fun, relax and have a good time. This is certain. However, they could do better in the restaurant and in some other small details. It is recommendable, mainly if you are going with children.

A lot of mosquitoes at night die to the nature of the property so we would suggest bug repellent to help with that. The free waters in the room should be more clearly communicated. We had to ask because we didn't know if we would be charged. The only downfall of the beach is that the resort only provides a minimum of 2 lawn chairs and 1 sitting chair per family regardless how many people. We had to ask for another one and we were given a chair only. It was a bit uncomfortable for all 4 of us to suntan at once.

The cleanest hotel we have ever been to. Smells fresh when you walk into the hotel room. We lived that the room is cleaned two times a day. The water bottles free of charge is a great bonus! We had a fully sea view room that was very spacious for the many luggages we had for our family of 4. The property is truly unique with the beautiful surrounding of trees and flowers. The view overlooking the ocean with the gorgeous chairs and tables that light up is stunning. Every part of the resort is breathtaking! The complimentary breakfast has great variety. There are many gluten free and lactose free options. We love the freshly squeezed juices made daily. What a treat! The live singing at night was beautiful. Added to the serenity of the atmosphere. The beach is nice and clean. Very well- maintained. It was my daughter's birthday and they decorated the table for breakfast and brought her a cake. It was very thoughful and sweet. She felt special. It was much appreciated.
