From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's prime location, few steps from Firenze Santa Maria Novella and just a short walk from major attractions like the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. The staff at Hotel Firenze Delight were exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the rich breakfast. The spread was impressive, featuring a delightful variety of fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and cold cuts.

The spa being open from 430 to 7pm only was a bit strange but we made it work for us and it is a lovely spa.

The staff were very friendly, the location was close to Florence center [10-15 minute walk] but quiet and the spa was really nice. The breakfast was also good - we enjoyed the French toast! Would definitely come back

The hotel is a 20 min walk to the centre but if you don’t fancy walking the T1 tramline and bus stop are outside the hotel.

the room is a little tiny, the shower quite small too and after travelling 3 weeks across Italy it came as a shock as most of our rooms were large. its fairly well located outside of the main tourist drag, meaning some good local restaurants and bars but we would have preferred to be a little closer to city centre. Also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location very good. The room was spotless clean. Everything was stylish and of high quality. A lot of choices were offered for breakfast - all we tried were very tasteful. We will definitely choose the Hotel again!

Very nice room, excellent breakfast options, received a complimentary bottle of prosecco for our 25th Wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. We needed breakfast early on 2 mornings which was provided for us to take out. Staff very friendly and helpful and rooms very clean.

Quite superb, rare to find a hotel that is faultless but this is a great find. Helpful receptionists, wonderful quiet comfortable rooms spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast choice. Spa is of matching quality with people numbers managed to ensure it isn’t overcrowded. Mini-breakfast provided when we left early for a day trip. 20 minutes or so to the centre mean it is is fairly quiet at night in the well soundproofed rooms. Recommend Cafe Pattiserrie Gamberini nearby (600m) for both pastries and meals.

Those on reception were friendly and when we checked in, they said if we needed any guidance, they would happy to help. When we asked later were would be good for dinner nearby, they seemed surprised by the question.

If you are going to Florence this hotel is a fabulous place to have your holiday . It is spotlessly clean beautifully decorated , rooms have everything you need and the beds are comfortable . Breakfast is amazing with a choice to suit everyone . The spa is a fantastic place to relax after a day of sightseeing . The location is great with a tram and bus stop outside or a 15 min walk into the centre . All the staff were so friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel .

Quieter location within 10 minutes walk from the centre. Amazing staff, lovely service. They even let us borrow a phone charger from reception! Breakfast was to die for, huge selection.
