Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room was a little lacking in storage space for a 6 day stay but we sorted ourselves out in the space and never felt our room was too small. Maybe spa could have longer opening hours.
Everything was exceptional. While room was a little small it was extremely comfortable and very clean for duration of stay. Breakfast was excellent. Personal service from all staff was incredibly good with helpful advice and quick response to questions. Spa was small but very relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful small hotel in great location for visiting the main attractions. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, luxurious rooms / bathrooms. Great breakfast. The spa was a bonus and worth the extra money to relax in after a day sightseeing in the sun. Loads of great restaurants within a 1/2mile radius to eat out at night. We stayed at the start of Sep, myself, husband and adult daughter and her partner. Two rooms with spa access. Nice touch that the lovely chap at reception recognised it was one of the groups birthday from the passport and organised a small birthday cake as a surprise!

United KingdomSome might think it’s a little far out of the main attractions. However do not be put off. It took us around 10-12 minutes to walk to Ponte Vecchio along the river Arno. Also the tram stop is just outside of the hotel.
The hotel is incredible. It’s so clean and the decor is gorgeous. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and welcoming. It was lovely to have breakfast included in our room rate. I have to say it was one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. The options were endless. The spa was also included in our room rate. Again after a day sightseeing walking through crowds it was lovely to come back to the hotel and use the spa facilities. The extra little touches of homemade cake and jugs of flavoured water really added another level. Bogdan and team, thank you for making our stay in Florence extra special Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This was a very good hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower room was spacey. Especially excellent was the breakfast with a choice of various omelettes. The location was fine. Not in the centre, just 15 min walk from centre, but on the positive side it was very quiet. If one doesn’t want walk, they can jump on a tram which is right opposite.
