Great location right in the historic center, lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. The appartment owner has also a tourist agency so you can easily arrange for a trip or other activity.

Shower cabin is very small. FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT SILENCE - At night it's quite loud because there are restaurants kitchens at the same level and by night you might need ear plugs if you are not very tired. Also there is literally an intensive night (but very intresting) life under the balcony on the street - so mind that if you are looking for quiet place.

Owner was friendly and helpful. Clean and nice apartment, location very close to the main street and old town. Good wifi. Good sofa nad bed, good kitchen. You may leave your baggage for free until they close the bureau.

We enjoyed our stay in The House very much. The apartment has large rooms, was clean, well kept, and convenient to everything. We especially enjoyed the balcony, perched above the many restaurants and bars in the area with the daily rhythm of Catanian life on full display! When it was time to sleep, the balcony doors proved to be an excellent sound barrier. Management office is available just downstairs from apartment if needed.

The apartment is located in the heart of Catania, in the historical center, near Via Etnea. It is a typical Sicilian house, very spacious and clean. Our host was very helpful with everything we needed, including the transfer from and to the airport and responded very promptly. We really enjoyed our stay in Sicily!

There was hot water all the time but I had to wait few seconds until it started cooling. Anyway I could say this was not embarrassing at all. There is tall dining table in the dining zone with tall bar chairs but I personally would prefer a standard dining table. As this si my personal preference, I don't think it is a defect.

Location is perfect, only few meters walking distance from Via Etnea (the main street of the city) but the winw of the bedroom looks to a small quite street and only few cars passed during my stay. There are many food shops, bars and restaurants nearby and the tourists that rented the House can choose between dining out and cooking at home on 4 gaz burners. I liked the interior design very much, it combines elements of an ancient living space - the ceilings are curved, there are old style pattern floor tiles on the floor combines with dark red wood parquet, arches of ancient raw stone masonry form alcoves in the bedroom, the kitchen/dining room amd even in the bathroom. I liked the combination between ancient looking floor tiles and dark red solid wood parket. The bedroom is large, the bed is bid enough and comfortable. The kitchen space is big enough and easy to work in. The kichen is well furnished with all kind of kitchenware, plates, cups, glasses and cutlary. I found the bathroom - shower cabin, sink, dish and bidet - very clean. Part of the wall is cut off and a seat under the shower is formed. The Internet access is provided by Super Fast WiFi home network which worked really good night and day. I definitely will book again The House and I strongly recommend this accommodation to all tourists staying in Catania.

The first floor above the bars is really loud, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs.

The apartment is right in the center, easy access, well-maintained house, close to transport, shops, monuments. Modernly furnished.

The aparment was very nice, spacious and clean. Silvio is very kind and helpful host. The location is very good. You are in the centre of Catania, thera are many restaurants, bars and shops. You can walk to main bus station in 15 minutes. And the best thing was everyday local market which is almost at the corner.

We would recommend to put a few shelf's in bathroom for towels and shelf for shampoo in the shower cabin.

Apartment has plenty of space, location is excellent, from the apartment you can easily walk to any place in the old city, it is close to supermarkets to. Staff is very kind and helpful for everything that you need.

The area was a little daunting at first but we found it was close to everything. Everthing else was perfect. Very well appointed.

The House is amazing - obviously owners have really thought of everything. It was huge and well presented. at first the area seemed a little rough BUT we then realised it was so close to everything so it was fine.....once use to the immediate area we felt good. The host was so very helpful with anything that was asked - lovely person. I would definitely stay at The House again. Thank you so much.

The apartment was not to my standards, strong smell of cigarettes once we entered( we were all non smokers) so that was a put off. Owner did provide air freshener. Floors were dirty couldn’t walk barefoot after shower. shower head would spray water in every direction, if you had it up to high it would spray out of the shower and flood the floor and wet your dry clothes hanging on the rail. Could do with a washing machine stayed 5 days… 3 people 2 showers a day 1 towel per person ( owner did provide fresh towels after 3 days free of charge after I asked) so you can appreciate how much dirty clothes we had as way to hot and dirty to wear twice.

Location was excellent as everything we needed was walking distance and an easy walk. Restaurant all around the apartment which we loved, the noise on the streets below didn’t affect our stay or sleep.

Luca was an exceptional host. He was easy going and communication was excellent on all levels. The location is very central and close to all neighborhood shops, groceries and restaurants. Well served area with taxis, buses and metro stations within walking distance.

I loved the design and the quality of the service. It was at 2 min walking of the center. The view from the balcony is into a little lovely piazzeta. They left refreshments in the fridge and provided information about local restaurants and tours. I felt very safe staying here. There was even an iron gate doubling the door. Very friendly reception and flexible.
