The room was cozy, although as advertised it was a little tricky to fit two suitcases in there. Can get a little noisy in the evenings if your room is facing the road.

The service from the staff was outstanding from the moment we checked in, from front of house to the concierge team. The location is excellent and the breakfast and breakfast team in particular is world class. The team was very attentive and responsive to our needs.

No cars on street so a bit of a hassle to get cabs, but excellent bell service made it easy

The reception was very wonderful. Mrs. Dana is one of the best people. I really see their love for their job and how they help people. she help us with many reservation .The room was upgraded on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. Mrs. Rodica from the restaurant was one of the kindest people. The way she explained and presented food was more than wonderful. She was the reason that made me add breakfast to the hotel. The variety of cheeses and honey is what made me live my experience in Rome and travel. The cheese was made in the Italian countryside. You can imagine the taste. Also, I do not forget sister Camilla, she was very kind, smiling, and wonderful. Professor Enrico is very great and courteous and helped us with cars and getting quick transportation service.

I requested a room with a bathtub when I made the reservation on booking.com, the hotel replied within hours confirming they will try to arrange for my request. Upon arrival I was first told, yes room with bathtub. When we went to the room it was clear there was no bathtub, just a shower with a steam bath. It sounded to me that there were only a few of the 23 rooms with bathtub. The EUR21 charged for a small glass of Asian mix nuts was in my opinion a little over the top...

Great location with a very discrete hotel entrance, extremely clean and modern interior design. Receptionists were all very friendly, reliable and courteous. Concierge services bookable via whatsapp. Great mattress and pillows. Breakfast served in a nice small room, I had only ten minutes but the croissant served was the best I ever had in my life!

It was perfection! I wouldn't change a thing!

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond for us by arranging transportation from our cruise ship and to the airport. They also arranged for a tour of the Vatican for us. The room was incredible, comfortable and had a steam shower (my husband was in heaven). I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Hard to spot from the outside.

The property is very well maintained and the staffs were so kind and helpful. The service was excellent. The suite was spacious , the breakast food was also really good .

Simply fantastic! What a great Hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as The First Dolce made us feel so much at home. It deserves more than 5 stars!! Good central location and just a 10min walk to all the shopping & touristy areas in Rome. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite, so spacious and yet so quiet, this, in spite of the fact that we were on the 3rd floor and near a busy street. The bed was super comfy and the room was and smelt so clean, complete with all the basic amenities that made our stay so wonderful. The breakfast was out of this World...we have travelled a lot and stayed in countless Hotels, but this one takes the cake....maybe this breakfast deserves a Michelin star!But it was the Hotel team of Amira, Dana, Alina, Merve & Catalin that made our stay so special. Thank you guys for the cheerful greetings that we got from you every time we met and for your efficiency in meeting all our requests. And not forgetting Bryan, the doorman who is always outside at the main entrance...we felt so safe because of you! 😁

The best place ever to stay in Rome. Highly recommend because if absolutely everything - location, great team, signature breakfast you want to enjoy more and more, sound proof rooms, all you need inside the rooms, comfy beds, attention of personnel if you need smth.
