As an adventurer and traveler working in the hospitality industry, I must say that Thalassa Bari is, in one word, the perfect place for your vacation! Location, cleanliness, equipment, silence, privacy, maximum comfort and stylishly modern furnished entire complex. You can really expect everything for this amazing price. Perfect proximity to the beautiful center, to restaurants, bars, supermarkets... And all this with Francesco's detailed description. If you have a car, it is an ideal place from where you can visit the surrounding beauties of Puglia, and if not, the train station is close to the accommodation. Francesco and Maria are wonderful, thorough and always very helpful with everything. We will always be happy to return there.

We should have stayed longer. Everything was fabulous.

I would rate this Property a 10 +. Everything was spotless, I think it’s even cleaner than my house. The closet was large with a lot of storage . The modern bathroom was spacious with a large shower. The air conditioning unit was nice and cool when we were in the room. We had a car and were able to park in front of the gate and roll our luggage down to the patio, which was very convenient. We enjoyed some wine while relaxing at night in the garden area. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is at the end of the block. Delicious breakfast items were provided each morning. We had a great night sleep. Lovely place to stay.

Francesco and Maria were incredibly kind and hospitable, surprised us with free breakfast every day, and left us a little magnet as a gift on the last day. Amazing attention to detail, great room, fantastic location close to the airport and easy to get by with the train to cities around (Giovinazzo, Bari, etc). Would recommend.

Everything was good.

The room was a nice size and the bed super comfortable. The shower was awesome. The entire place was spotless. The host added a special touch in the late afternoon and had complimentary freshly made focaccia bread available. It was delicious! The location was perfect - close to restaurants, the beach and a short walk to the bus route (to the airport too). We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Bari.

This property is perfect in every way 👍. The hosts have created a B&B that is clean and comfortable with guest rooms that include every possible convenience. On a 1-10 scale Thalassa is an 11🤩.

The unit was subterranian but had access to a full patio and open space. There wasn't any hot water - which the company said they would take care of immediately.

Clean, modern & new. Good recommendation for connecting to the airport and train station. Taxi was $30. Good recommendation for seafood - great food & service. Good communication and wanted to make sure we were happy. This was a very short stay.

This was for sure our favorite stop in our Italy road trip. Not only was the apartment absolutely beautiful and comfortable, Francesco was the kindest host you could have. He gave us numerous of information about everything we need, was always available if we had any questions and made us feel so welcome, that if we ever go back to Bari we will for sure stay in Thalassa! Apartment is beautiful, clean, breakfast was amazing, the location was perfect. I don't have anything bad to say, I just wish we had more time to stay longer. Francesco and Maria, you are great people and keep doing what you are doing. You made us feel great and you deserve even higher score than a 10!

For us it was the perfect location, two minutes walk from the ocean and near by public transportation. The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. The room was bigger than expected, and the patio superb for long mornings in the sunbed. I would definately go back here when visiting Bari and Santo Spirito again, because me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time. Best regards Simon and Mai

Something that was completely out of the hosts' control but just thought we mentioned that there was a party next door that was a bit loud. Again nothing that the hosts did wrong.

Check in was very detailed and seamless. The room was clean and the balcony area was a nice surprise -- as was breakfast! The hosts were nice and accommodating and very quick to answer any questions. Although we only stayed there for one night the hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we had a pleasant experience.

The location isn’t that great if you don’t have a car and the beaches are rocky.

The host was very kind and attentive, contacted us before we got there and we go detailed instructions for check in and also a lot of information about attractions, bars, food in the area. We got a pleasant surprise when we got there. We chatted with the host with questions during the whole stay and he was very helpful! The room was clean, had everything you need, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable! Would 100% recommend!

Everything perfect!

Amazing and helpful communication before arrival, with detailed instructions for check in and restaurant recommendations. We arrived really late after a long drive and there were snacks and drinks waiting. The room was spotless and smelled lovely, and there was a big private terrace with sun loungers, which I’m sure we would have made use of had we stayed longer.

If you decide to come to Bari for swimming, it is not the best location for such activity. If you decide to book a taxi through Francesco, ask about the price in advance . The driver does not speak English. A taxi is very accurate for time, but more expensive compared with other taxis in Bari.

Everything was good. Especially the hosts. Francesco gave a lot of useful information about location, the beaches, restaurants, public transport, etc. He speaks English very well. So it is easy to communicate, if you do not know Italian.

The room was comfortable, spacious common areas. They also had parasols that we could take to the beach! Breakfast was nice, it included fruit, which I really appreciate! Francesco was great! Always very helpful and nice. Rita was awesome! She had our room ready even before our check-in ;)

Room we are staying was spacious with big bed, very comfortable and clean and ice cold air con 😉 Good size bathroom with shower. Lots of space outdoor in the garden to enjoy evening drinks etc. There is a thinnest ( my top 5 )pizza I eat in Italy about 50m away from the property that is a big plus. Now few words about our host Francesco: You are the best Italian person I met in my lifetime! Great communication, quick response and friendly person. He was doing everything I asked with a big smile on his face. Absolutely amazing! Hope to meet you soon if you’re around my place ( You know where) you are a star mate!

The locks for bedrooms are a combination lock system- it worked very well but a little daunting at first when travel weary to understand. Not a big problem and the owners did send good instructions in advance

Great location with short walk to the sea and beautiful promenade to restaurants etc. the accommodation was very lovely and the owners helpful and thoughtful. They helped with taxi arrangements and offered great restaurant suggestions.

Had no issues through our stay!

We stayed in the Thalassa Suite which is amazing value for money: private balcony, private and public kitchen area, tv, gorgeous bathroom (great shower), surprise breakfast, a public courtyard and more. Francesco and Maria were so helpful and made us feel very welcome, so glad to have them as our hosts. Facilities all very well maintained and everything stocked well. The local area is very sweet and Francesco had great recommendations (we liked the berravia pub). I would highly recommend booking the Suite if you have the chance!
