SloveniaWhen I was looking for something, I looked under the bed and what I saw was just not ok. It was so dirty, I just wanted to look away. Also the rules about not having your food in the fridge and not being able to use the dining room to eat something are kinda impossible. The only way you can eat is if you order something in the snack bar or eat outside. Not everyone can afford to eat all the meals outside.
The staff, especially Martina, was great! She talked to us, made us comfortable and you could see, she wants to make everyone feel pleased. Also the breakfast was delicious.

The property is near everything you need to see in Salento peninsula and also vey close to Lecce. The host are wonderful and did everything they could, to make our trip enjoyable.We would definitely come back here. The owners would run the extra mile to make you fell at home. Communication was excellent. The answered our questions promptly. They’ve also provided us with useful recommendations about the area.

Turkeyit was clear that the room was cleaned long before and not used. There were lots of spider. The place was in nature I can understand they enter to the room. but we found 5 spider webs with spiders this is not normal. bathroom added later to the room. but with horrible architecture. it's 180 cm high 1 part other part maybe 1.90 no windows with small airopening but not so functional. the wost part was the mattress. It was dirty there were lots of marks. we could see the mark across bed sheets. after bed bug story in Europe I would like to check also undersheet I found hairs also. they could use mattress cover. in that point we stay there only because it was so late and we book only for 1 day. breakfast was so so.. we took fruit juice and we understood they were in fridge for several days so we did not drink.
location and parking possibility. location is not superb but who would like to stay silence and sleep it's good. you need your car without car it's not accessible. since they have their garden parking is free. there is a tiny pool we could not use the pool but for refreshing it might be OK breakfast for bakery they cook frozen cornetto, there are yogurts, sweets and few salty choise, automatic Caffè machine

AustraliaThe communication was terrible. I had written confirmation that I did not need to pay for linen and towels and then it was insisted that we pay this one week prior to us arriving. I also advised in writing 4 months prior to arriving that we had more guests. And 3 days before arriving was advised that I would need to pay for the extra guests. This caused us much stress as we were finding it hard to transfer the money in the way that was requested in such a short time when we were away from our home banking services in time zones completely opposite to Italy and on the weekend when banks are closed. This was a horrible experience that could have been avoided. Whilst the accomodation was ok. There was a number of minor repairs that are required on the house. We kept locking ourselves in the house as the door handle kept falling off. When this was raised with the manager nothing was done to fix it. The outdoor lounge chairs need fixing to be able to sit in them comfortably. The hot plates in the kitchen are hard to operate wi the no instructions on how to use. Again these are all things that could be easily fixed. Lastly we were surprised when pool cleaners came to clean the pool. It gave some members of our group a shock as we weren’t informed that someone was going to come into the property whilst we were there. Again this can be easily fixed. I hope you take this feedback on as this holiday could have been so much better with these changes.

SloveniaThe staircase to the second bedroom were too steep and youcould hear and sense the tremor from the street nearby. The walls of the shower had some mold, although the bathroom itself was quite clean.
The staff was extremely helpful, the garden with lemon and lime trees and the pool. Exceptional feeling in the common kitchen and outside on the terrace.
