Everything was perfect! Wonderful place with a fabulous charming host. You will not regret staying here. Absolutely a quiet place to relax and collect your thoughts. Breakfast was wonderful. Quite magical!

It is a bit away from town and taxis are not easy to find. Arranging a taxi with local taxis ahead of time will be the best option. A car rental is your best option when visiting. It is not the hosts responsibility to schedule a ride for you. Do it yourself! This was minor for us and we made it work. It was soooo worth it!!!

The host Maurizio was amazing! He goes above and beyond to take care of your needs. The pool is nice to have for a hot day and well taken care of. The grounds are amazingly beautiful and you can play tennis if you desire. The breakfast is scrumptious and overall a fabulous quiet experience if you want to get away from it all. So worth coming here!!!!!!!

The owner "Maurizio" was an amazing host, from the moment we arrived, we chatted like we had known each other for a long time. The room was spacious, estate grounds were beautiful (we took multiple walks every day), the views were amazing, and the cool breeze at all times of the day was most welcome. We booked the suite and got to stay in the Leonardo room - I think we got lucky in that this room probably had the best views. Breakfast was included and was amazing with different choices cooked to perfection by the talented chef. I'm glad we chose to stay here rather than in the city - we got so much information and help from Maurizio about where to go (including hidden gems), what to do, how best to get to places. We did rent a car which was convenient. We drove to the nearby metro station and hopped on the train to get to Rome. We also got to visit the nearby towns of Frascatti and Grottaferatta.

The only slight issue was the wi-fi which could be a bit hot and miss.

The property was very secluded, situated off the main road, so very quiet and peaceful, it had lovely gardens and views over the spectacular countryside. The hotel was perfectly clean and the pool was ideal and never busy. The owner could not do enough to make your stay as special as possible, I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

You can't beat the view and staff and it's worth the stay, keep in mind it is old school Italian decor and ammenties.

Maurizio was the perfect Italian host. He's very attentive and accommodating with all your needs. Breakfast was wonderful too! This is Old World charm and reflects in the decor.

Tenuta Cusmano exceeded all expectations. It was far more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. It was more peaceful and restorative than I ever could have asked for. The location was perfect for exploring both Rome and Castelli Romani. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Maurizio was a perfect host. He was so welcoming and accommodating. We instantly felt like old friends. He went out of his way to make sure I could have a gluten free and dairy free breakfast--which is not always easy. He made suggestions for day trips and dinner plans. He is just a magical person, running a magical resort, and I can't wait to go back sometime soon.

Maurizio was an outstanding host there is nothing that's to much trouble and is full of the best places to visit and enjoy and will even give you all the information printed specifically for your trip. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning the grounds are beautiful and the view is something else. I will definitely be staying again in the future. Maurizio, the owner, takes excellent care of guests. Loved the grounds and views. We stayed 5 nights. We ate our dinners at restaurants which were recommended by Maurizio and were all excellent and tremendous values compared to the United States. Loved the sites of the Castelli Romani.

I really cannot think of a single thing that I did not like.

The view was incredible. The manager, Mauritzio, goes above and beyond. Truly, I think he does too much -- he probably needs to hire a couple of teenagers to take some of the smaller stuff off of his plate so he can do the thing that he's REALLY, REALLY good at: interacting with the guests. From the first day, my wife and I started fantasizing about coming back with our friends and family.
