Great location, near to train station. Lovely rooms. Fantastic rooftop terrace with the hot tubs. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size and clean. Breakfast is great lots to choose from and fresh coffee made for you which was lush. Bar/drinks are reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

It was quite difficult to open the door to the room, the key seemingly didn't fit very well. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable, however, it was enough to do the basic tasks such as sending e-mails. The bathroom, at least in my room, was very small. And the noise coming from the streets...it's not something that the hotel can do anything about but if you're a light sleeper, this might cause some inconvenienves, the sounds from the outside are a constant issue.

The friendliest staff and the tastiest breakfast ever! Easy check-in and check-out, no problems with getting an invoice, all questions immediately addressed. Additional access to the roof terrace helped a lot to deal with hot weather. There's a wide range of products offered for breakfast, you can have something different every day for at least a week. The beds are also very comfortable. Two small shops just near the hotel make the stay even more convenient - they've got almost everything you need: water, fresh fruit, public transport tickets etc. The proximity of the main railway station, airport shuttle, and many buses is a big advantage. And last but not least, I just have to add this: I was travelling for work and honestly, it was really tough for me to leave breakfast and head to the conference, I could have sit there for hours eating these delicious pastries and drinking the best cappuccino I've ever had...

B&B Sweet sleep is a gem hidden away on the top floors of an unassuming building located less than a 10 min walk from Termini Napoli Centrale. Inside located on the 6th floor you'll be greeted by amazing staff that are ready to help you. Check-in was seamless, if you've booked with a 3rd party you just need to pay the city tax. Once checked-in we were shown to our room and given some instructions on the multiple physical keys needed for the building. B&B Sweet sleep has successfully created a little Oasis with the rooftop terrace, including multiple cabanas, comfortable seating, hotubs and wait staff. There is a restaurant and bar onsite that you can order from throughout the day. I missed her name but we had a great young lady who took care of us during the late afternoon and evenings as we unwound in the open air terrace after a long day of exploration. I can't finish without commenting on the amazing breakfast buffet included with your stay, the selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, pastries, breads and cheeses was fantastic and a great way to start each day. The breakfast room had attendants working an espresso machine that kept everyone in cafe just the way you wanted it. All in all, I highly recommend B&B Sweet sleep as the perfect place to stay in Napoli.

The immediate area around the property is a bit daunting at first, but when you get out and about it really isn't a problem. It's a big city, go explore!

Amazing roof top terrace. Great food. Good value too! Attentive staff and located close to the station. It really is a little gem. Felt so welcome and comfortable, will certainly return here! Thoroughly recommend!

The outside would not inspire you and the lift needed to get to floors 5 and 6 are ancient but you get used to it! It’s Naples not a luxury hotel but a sweet B&B!

It’s a great B&B. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a fridge and kettle. Daily towels and shower gel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a large choice whilst lunch and dinner are available. We are there a couple of time and food was delicious. The rooftop terraces are a true bonus after a manic day in this crazy city. I forgot my swimsuit but it’s a must as there are two lovely saunas, lots of beds and chairs.

There is a bit of noice from the street, as expected, but the most noice came from the corridor in the building as the doors are quite thin to the rooms. Wearing earplugs is a recommendation.

The terrace is awesome, the room was good. The beds are comfy. AC is ice cold. The staff were very personable, friendly, and helpful.

The lift was very small, you had to wait a long time for it. The front door had beggars asking for money.

The neighbourhood is a bit dark and dirty, although we had no problems walking the area day or night.

This property was in a convenient location not from the train station and approximately a 15 minute walk to historical centre. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a great variety of sweet and savoury with juices and coffee. It also had two roof top spa baths. I highly recommend this property!

Outside location is a bit rough but no issues. Hot tubs were thoroughly cleaned every night but hard to keep clean each day. Maybe if people would shower before they got in?

Fabulous find on Naples. Well run and excellent customer service. The terrace is fabulous and the breakfast spread was better than anything I've had on Italy. Hot tubs and outdoor showers help to keep you cool.

The area, the outside and the hall of the building seemed a bit dirty

We stayed in the B&B twice. When we arrived we stayed for one night, and then after exploring Amalfi Coast we came back for another two nights. Both rooms were clean and had all amenities needed. Especially the second rooms was very spacious and comfortable. The complete staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk from the B&B to all the main attractions and restaurants.
