The manager and a I think they could do with some more umbrellas near the jacuzzis.

Fabulous location just 300m from the train station, so very accessible for taxis and close to things of interest. The terrace is huge and the jacuzzis are just the right temperature. The two staff who work the terrace, Salvatore and Patricia are sensational and speak excellent English. The buffet breakfast is spectacular with a huge range of hot and cold choices. Probably the only negative was the manager who was efficient but I thought he might offer to help a 70+ woman with her luggage or apologise if he couldn't help because of an injury. The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Noise from early morning flights which must affect the whole of central Naples

Lovely peaceful roof terrace with jacuzzi, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Location is very convenient but area a bit scruffy. Room spacious and clean.

Beds were extremely small! We could hardly turn to other side! The location although was very convenient because it was close to everything, wasn't so safe,especially at night. Also the room could have been a little bigger.

The rooftop with the jacuzzi’s is amazing. The staff was super nice especially the 2 younger ones (woman and man) that were always taking care of us in the rooftop. Location near the train station and 15 min from airport.

Personally I found the pillows quite hard. Also we only had a sheet as a cover on the bed. A blanket or thin duvet in the room would have been useful as I am used to weight on me when sleeping

Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a bnb. Loved our room - spacious with a comfy bed, air conditioner, large window providing plenty of light & the blinds at night blocked out all light and almost all noise. Our room was right on the 6th floor in front of the elevator and a high trafficked area with reception being right there and we still didn’t hear any noise from in our room. Rooftop hot tubs and lounge area was great. The food they have for lunch & dinner (extra cost) is very well priced and delicious!! Staff were very nice anytime we talked to them. Location is right near the train & tram stations, very convenient!! The area really isn’t that bad. Be aware of your surroundings as you normally should in any large city, don’t be out late, etc.

It is not a disadvantage, but should be noticed: it is located on 6th floor and the elevator is really little and quite old.

-very kind, helpful staff easy to reach on whatsapp -great breakfast (you can have not only croissant with coffee, but also lots of savouries like eggs, sausages) -fair prices in the restaurant and bar at the B&B -enjoyable view from the terrace (you can also use hot tubes there and it is not extra paid!) -nice room with AC, exactly as on the photos

We just didn’t have much time there as we were just needing a place to crash after our cruise and our flights early the next morning to really say we disliked anything. For the time we were there it was good.

The kids (40-50 years old lol) loved the roof top patio. They got some beautiful shots of the sunset from there also. Also the front desk helped us order taxis for early morning pick ups plus gave us a box breakfast to have in the morning.

Maybe it would be nice to have a shower gel container in the bathroom. Also the ventilating system of the bathroom was not the best. But in general we're really happy with our stay.

Very little since we'd researched so not surprised the area was a little messy. There are some rough sleepers near to market/station areas (poor things) BUT the accommodation felt safe.

Room was quirky but perfectly adequate ( it's very near to main rail / bus stations and central so expect some traffic noise ). Breakfast and an evening meal was lovely food. The roof terrace has great views of all the surroundings and lifts you up above city hubbub. You can even hot tub or sunbathe etc. with a drink. Great to have a lift as reception on 6th floor.

We got a bit of a scare when we arrived. Outside looked dated and poorly maintained. We took the elevator to the 6th floor and were pleasantly surprised by a modern new interior. Friendly people at the reception desk. Our room was very nice. Bathroom with walk-in shower looked new. Only thing missing is a shower curtain. After a shower the whole floor is wet. Which is not convenient when you want to use the toilet. Breakfast was very good ! The roof terrace is clean and modern looking with plenty of lounge sets to relax and have a drink. Last evening we ate in the restaurant. Good food for a reasonable price. All in all a very pleasant experience!

The only thing that I didn’t like was no towels given after the jacuzzi we was told to use the 2 that was in the room but we had just used these to shower

Really good place to stay in Naples, close enough of everything, also you can go by walking to the main places. Super thanks to Adelaide, who was always kind and trying to help us to get the best time there. I’d come back for sure. Thanksssss

Everything was top notch, the staff is incredibly helpfull and nice and the hotel is managed by a very cute couple, they are also very helpful. We tried the couple spa, very clean and nice. All in all, it was a great experience to stay there, we will return.
