Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyThe bathroom was dirty it was hair everywhere and the table was dusty, the plates were dirty as well. The hot water took about 15 mins to come out I was pretty much done with my shower when hot water started coming out, the water was super cold. Also, I texted the property manager and it took so long to respond, there was no instructions on where to go or who to meet, I felt they really didn’t care about us, we had stayed in multiple properties in Rome and we get instructions at least hours before check in or the day prior, they didn’t bother to let us know even tho I wrote them multiple times saying I wanted to leave my bags, we had to carry our stuff around for hours because we had an early flight.
Location was really good, and we enjoy speaking to the lady who help us set everything up, she was very nice and helpful even tho she didn’t speak english she helped us and gave us tips about the area.

We arrived way earlier than we planned and we’ll before checkin. We were jet lagged and tired. The owner had the place cleaned and let us check-in 2.5 hours early. This really started our trip on a great path. The apartment was great and very close to the train station and a large shopping mall. I would definitely stay here again.

Canadathe property was a bit tricky to find and to navigate from, though it was conveniently close to the airport. I also wish that all of the information the host shared with us was also written down in a guest information book inside the unit. the language barrier made the instructions difficult to understand verbally, and this could have been communicated and translated onto paper pretty easily.
It was large, with air conditioning and modern decor. The unit was well-kept and had all the amenities we needed, and more. The host was very friendly and thorough, and clearly cares about their guests.

conveniently located next to the airport and we had a flight the very next morning. also the woman who welcomed us did everything to help us out with all we needed, which was great and the main reason I’m giving a better rating.
