We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Couldn’t have wished for a better location for our 3 night stay in Lecce. The property is picturesque, situated next to the church of Santa Chiara and close to all shops, restaurants and areas of interest for tourists. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

No tissues in the room on arrival, toilet did not stop flushing and toilet seat needs to be replaced as it was discoloured in room 101. The Shower gel/shampoo sachets were annoying & the quantity of soap was far too small and difficult to open. No shelf in shower to store your things.
Location, air con, size of room, bed was very comfortable, quiet location no traffic noise, breakfast was good, and room decoration was good. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

IrelandNo air-conditioning when we were there in april, if you leave window open you will hear street noise, but window did cool the room and street noise subsided later in the night and still got good night's sleep. Hot tub located in breakfast area terrace, so not really appealing for use.
Location very central. breakfast was very good, good quality food and coffee. Terrace was nice. Beds were very comfortable and excellent shower. Cleaning staff very helpful and rooms cleaned every day.

United KingdomThere was no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room and no bar or coffee available in the hotel, apart from at breakfast. I was directed to a nearby cafe and there bought a take away coffee.
A large room for single use on a high floor with a view over the rooftops of Lecce to Santa Irene church. The large shower was really hot which I liked very much. Breakfast was set out on the top floor with views again over rooftops and the small rooftop terrace filled with plants gave views all round.
