The info materials in the room should be updated: there was nothing in the mini bar despite a lenghty price list, pricing of transfer etc.

A good location, if you are focused on Villa Borghese's park and gallery. Easily accessible spacious room, on the main floor. The staff quickly responded and fixed a shower issue.

The breakfast options could have been more varied and replenished daily. We didn’t have any wifi and therefore could not get in touch with Veronica upon arrival. For individuals who don’t have wifi and are arriving in the mid-afternoon this may be a significant issue.

It was spacious and great for a family of 4. It was very clean and close to many amenities including grocery stores.

Every thing was perfect, rooms are spacious, very clean and it has everything you need . Veronica the host was very nice and arranged a taxi for us for the airport. The apartment is close to center and the neighborhood is very quiet and nice.

The room was impeccable, extremely clean and very spacious and comfortable. The staff is definitely the best part, whenever we had a special request, they made everything look so easy and were very very welcoming. The location is very good, super close to the Piazza del Popolo, the subway and bus station and also to the Borghese Villa. Oh, and stay tuned for the breakfast! Perfect delivery and super fresh, delicious food!

The location was everything we had hoped for! Very close to the Rome Metro (Flaminio) and a few steps from the Piazza del Poppolo! Veronica was EXTREMELY helpful with all of our needs for our entire 4 day stay! The restaurant recommendations were EXCELLENT. She arranged to have our personal driver for the airport. Everything was according as advertised and then even better!

The bathroom needs deep cleaning, there was visible mold on the walls and when we showered the water went through the glass panel and made a mess on the floor.

The hostess was very kind in giving recommendations and making us feel welcome. The breakfast was good and they were very welcoming

Communication with Veronica was very smooth. She was able to set up a private airport pick up straight to Suite Beccaria. Very sweet lady. It was unfortunate I was not able to meet her in person. Location is extremely conveniently. 5 minute walk or less to Piazza del Popolo. This is a B&B and they do serve breakfast every morning. I unfortunately did not know prior to booking and was always out before breakfast was being served. The staff also cleans your room and provides fresh towels each day.

Our second stay in a different room, the bed (mattress) was definitely less comfortable than the first bed (in the suite).

The hostess is so reliable and helpful--each time that we have stayed, she has responded so quickly to our arrival and to needs we had while there. A total 100% positive! The location was perfect-so close to the metro!

The pillows were very hard. There was a lot of noise transference from the corridor outside and the other rooms. Street noise was also high although there is little the property can do about that. The lighting was not great for applying make up etc

Ample bedroom and bathroom. Quiet despite of the street-facing window. Attentive, responsive staff. Easy check-in. Wish I would have time to enjoy the bathtub and the breakfast offerings. Good shower. Cleaning and fresh big towels everyday.

The 'closets' could use a change. The 'trimming' has been stripped off in areas. The entire space was so nice, but this brought the grading down overall.

We loved working with Veronica! She was so helpful--especially on our last day when we found out all of the transportation was going to be on strike! It meant so much! The location was perfect!!

Great location, easy to find, close to metro and tram, and places of interest easy walking distance ie Pantheon, Trevi or Vatican a 25 mins walk, piazza de Popolo 5mins with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and the da Vinci museum is fabulous!
