Struggled with the stairs, but on the bright side, walking and stairs were very good for my overall health.

Location was superb. However breakfast was not available but there were several restaurants within a few meters of the Albergo. No elevator. It was a long walk up to the 4th floor. People were great as was the menu at the restaurants.

Dated units. Needs a refresh. This property could be SO.MUCH.MORE. Its like the hotel rooms are an after thought to the restaurant

PERFECT location in Bellagio. Right out the door and on the lake. No Stairs to climb to get to the hotel.

This is not a hotel, it is a number of rooms located above a restaurant with no other facilities. Our room was one floor above the kitchen and was very loud until around midnight-1am, you could hear everything including all other guests coming up the stairs and talking loudly. There was no soundproofing.

The location, like all properties in Bellagio, is great.

The ac didn't work properly even if we told them. Woke up,5am of heat and had to empty the ac water for the 2nd time....we also had bad view from balcony and smell from the trash in the inner yard

The hotel rooms were in a remodeling process which we did not know. Our room was barely finished. Needed more towels and toiletries. Towels were too small and thin. Only 1 tiny bottle of rinse and body lotion. No shampoo, no shower gel and no blow drier. And NO elevator!!!! I think they forgot to finish preparing the room for us. Give the a little time meanwhile they finish the remodeling process. I am sure it will be better.

Loved the view. Lucky they carried our suitcases up the stairs as there were a few to our room and no lift. The room had a good airconditioner, bed was comfortable and the room clean and a beautiful view of the lake. Location was great and right out the front of the ferry and middle of town. The onsite restaurant was excellent. Older styled rooms but good value, clean and comfortable.

Air conditioning did not work. Staff did not leave soaps, toilet paper and left cleaning supplies in the room. The staff on check in just handed us the keys and didn’t tell us about the exit door on the floor below us.

Close to pier. The restaurant was good and the staff was nice. Family owned.

The air conditioner did not work and there was no hotel staff that we saw. Because we did not have a working air conditioner we had to open the window for a cool breeze and the noise from the restaurant kept us up late. The bed was thin on a spring mattress and a flimsy frame that moved.

The view was beyond beautiful.

I believe breakfeast should be provided for guests when staying at hotels but that is rare nowadays. The noise downstairs was too loud at night and no one offered to help take my suitcases upstairs when I got there.

I liked the price for the location and commodities they had. Whoever is in charge of cleaning needs a raise they were wonderful. Staff on second floor were so kind and courteous and respectful!

Clothes, rod iron, etc were exposed- a simple cupboard would have been nicer. Awkward reception area, in the rear of the restaurant. There was another entrance, explained to us after registration and much handier

Room was basic but clean. Outlets were handy and next to mirrors in the main bedroom. Restaurant was excellent- we ate there more than once, both inside and outside. Huge wine selection.

Noise! It was EXTREMELY loud all day and all night until around 3am. No buffet breakfast options. The shower drain clogged up during ever use.

The room was quite large, enough room to comfortably have our suitcases out with plenty of room still. The bathroom was big.

Staff very focused on restaurant, not on hotel services.

Hotel was in a great location. Easy to get around, right next to ferry dock, great restaurant. Was more of a restaurant with rooms up above, vs a hotel with a restaurant.
