Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe interior lighting. It was impossible to read except outside….
Su Soi is not a sophisticated property but it is true Sardinia from the architecture to the food, to the staff. We had the large two floor suite which allowed us to spread out. The pool was large and luscious. What was exceptional was the staff - Franka, Raffaelle, and Anna were very attentive and we lacked for nothing. We also happened to experience Franka’s homemade croissants, made to order every morning while we explored the Oristano area of Sardinia. The only reason we cannot give this property a higher rating is that the apartment lacked good lighting. This is typical of Italy, however so if you want a unique, intimate experience in an older Inn, Su Soi is the place to go. We just felt soooooo good from out three days there as we left my husband and I agreed that we were very lucky to have found it!

United KingdomThe restaurant was sadly closed. This was a shame as they have a very nice large restaurant area. There are quite a few biting insects (like many other hotels, just the way it is!) The decor in the rooms could be improved perhaps.
The hosts are very kind and helpful, they will do everything they can to help you Fabulous breakfasts The pool area is very nice Short drive to some beautiful beaches and wildlife. You need a car to stay here. Very relaxing atmosphere. Good aircon in the room Outside toilets/showers by pool Lots of shaded/seating areas by pool. Smaller hotel, 13 rooms and not crowded.

Staff was really nice and always helpful. All our wishes or requests were welcomed and promptly satisfied. Remarkable room service making everything tide and very clean every morning. Kids love the pool and the whirlpool. Very good breakfast with quality and fresh products every morning. Coffee was excellent. See you again next year!

ItalyFriendly staff made us feel very welcome especially the owner. Rooms are quiet and pool is lovely with hydromassage. Breakfast was great and lots of local produce including fresh fruits. 15-20 mins drive from some.of best beaches im the area.

United KingdomI arrived at 10pm to find a birthday party at full swing, which lasted until late with loud music. I would have had nothing to say, but I had to wake up extremely early and I advised the owner of the early breakfast. She reassured me the music was going to be off at midnight which did not happen. She asked me to pack and go to a different hotel because she could do nothing about the situation. When asked for a compensation she mentioned that because I booked via booking.com she could not. Terrible experience. Avoid the place!
