Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe had a quadruple room and the room was pretty small and basic considering the price. No other negative comments.
The breakfast is pretty varied considering it is a small hotel- the building itself is light and dirty, the garden is spacious and a really cute and well kept space. Staff were very attentive. Parking on site is great. Free as well. Awesome locations really easy to access the beach and close by good quality restaurants. You can also take the night bus very easily to the centre of forte dei Marmi from here

RussiaThe room on ground floor was terrible - ants and spiders in the room. The toilet is the same place where you have a shower, and it’s not a separate cabin but just a curtain in 20 cm from the toilet itself. In fact, you literally wash on the floor next to the toilet.

ItalyStaff is incredibly sweet and welcoming, we had booked a cheaper room but because a better room was free they let us stay in the better one without paying more! The room was perfectly decorated, spacious and with brand new forniture, the same is for the bathroom, absolutely stunning! The hotel is small but the rooms are big and it feels like home! The next day breakfast was tasty! The boss has an extreme chill vibe, you will know what I am talking about when you meet him :)

ArmeniaThe rooms represented on their site were absolutely different than what we ended up with. Bathroom was a disaster. The shower precisely adjacent to the toilet and the floor tiles depressed at the foot of the toilet. I slipped on the sloping floor, stumbled reached out for a shower wall, — there was none only a curtain— and nearly broke my neck on the bidet on the other side of the corner shower. Room was infested with mosquitos, small ugly. The mattress old lumpy springs palpable. I think the expression ‘no tell motel’ was created for places like this.
Breakfast was okay. Location was great. And they had a nice garden in the front.
