We were in room 12 which smelled very badly of smoke. Bed was uncomfortable. There was a window in the bedroom that looked out to the hallway/stairs and we heard people coming and going all night. Overall it was good.

Central location with lots of good restaurants and attractions nearby. It was clean. Big shower which was nice.

Everything was very much ok

First of all - very friendly, customer focused owners Emily and Edoardo - many thanks to these wonderful people. It was very clean and comfortable in apartment, everything was clean and nice - all we needed was there, and once I’ve asked to arrange a surprise to my partner on her birthday, the bottle a good of prosecco was in the fridge, and two glasses were added while we were out. Edoardo explained the easiest and the cheapest way to get to the airport and supported with the public taxi phone number. The apartment is right in the very center of Catania, still it is very calm and quite, comfortable and nice. There was a coffee maker and a full glass of milled coffee as well as lots of tea. Two toilets were a good surprise. The terrace was quite (roof level) and cozy.

Furniture in living room and on terrace looked good but not the most comfortable to sit on.

Fantastic location around the corner from Via Etnea with good eating places opposite and nearby. We stayed in no 12 with an outside terrace. Good to have water in fridge on arrival and also tea and coffee supplies. Fresh modern apartment, comfortable bed and the lift from 1st to 4th floor was a godsend. Emily at reception was very helpful.

The room is right above some pub and at night it was impossible to sleep, we felt right inside the party. At least until 1 am

The bedroom is very small and in apartment 1 the bed has a strange position, you need to be careful not to hit your legs every time you pass by it. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything. When people talk in the small hallway at floor 1, you can hear everything, as if they where right next to you.

The appartment reflects the money you pay for it. If you want a relatively cheap, clean accomodation and you do not expect anything fancy, this is the place. The location is great, right next to Via Etnea and within walking distance of all major landmarks. Our flight arrived late at night and we could arrange to do self check-in without any problem. The restaurant right across the street, Al Vicolo, has amazing pizza. Our windows were facing the other way, so we could not hear the loud music from their terrace.

None of the 3 doors in the apartment work properly. Doors at bathrooms keeps getting stuck at the bottom when you try to open them. Bedroom door doesn't stay open, so you need to support it with something if you want AC to reach the room. Not a big deal, but gets annoying after a while.

Almost everything was great. Host at the reception was friendly and helpful. Our room had beautiful private terrace. Big apartment in general, full kitchen, two bathrooms. Building has an elevator, which is really slow but still better than nothing (which was the case everywhere else on our trip in Sicily)

I stayed twice at this place, first in a flat without a balcony and the second time in the top flat with an outdoor seating area. The place is central and easy walking access to all the main attractions & restaurants and cafes. It is well equipped with everything to prepare meals if one wishes. There is even coffee.

The location is perfect! Bus Stations and Metro are just close by. Restaurants, Bars and Shopping area are in close proximity. The staff was superb! Everyone was friendly and approachable. They can arrange airport transfer upon request.

The location is the best possible in Catania, nearby is via Etnea, piazza del Duomo , good reastaurants, all kind of services for tourists, and all the most important things that can be visited by foot are close, and yet, the building is tucked away nicely so that there is no noise and it provides a peaceful vacation. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The best experience at the accommodation are the people who work there, and who met us with patience and punctuality, organized transportation to and from the airport, whatever was needed, they provided so that our vacation was completely unforgettable. Thank you so much Edoardo, Emily, Mary and others, it's wonderful that such dedicated and professional people work in this industry, you made our vacation beautiful. See you again :)

The couch in the living was not very comfortable for sleeping.

The location is central, near Stesicoro Place, very close to Via Crociferi. We were in a walkable distance to all important cultural and historical places of Catania. The apartment, located in an old building (carefully restored on the exterior), has a very interesting design.
