We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Proximity to the beach and 3 bar/restaurants. Could see and hear the ocean waves in our rooms. The room had a balcony.

I booked 2 nights here after travelling around some busier, more touristy parts of Italy. I came across this hotel and decided to book and I'm so glad I did! It was just what I needed for a bit of relaxation. The staff on reception were so lovely and welcoming and I ceen got upgraded to a sea view room which was amazing and made my stay even better. The room was lovely, so clean and presentable, I had a terrace which overlooked the sea and promenade where I could sit and relax listening to the ocean. Breakfast was included and the buffet was very good, a large variety of options and something for everyone. The location was fantastic. Right on the promenade by the beach, close to restaurants although it was a little out of season so not all were open but everything I needed. I had such a lovely stay that I even extended for an extra night. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cecina.

NetherlandsI thought that when reserving a room, they would provide me with a transfer to the hotel, but I had to travel with difficulty, look for transport and pay dearly for a taxi. The beds in the room are very hard, it was difficult to sleep. To swim in the pool you must buy a swimming cap. - Stella Marina Beach Card with pool and beach access at EUR 15 per day per person upon request at the hotel subject to availability. The TV did not show programs, so we had to ask the receptionist to tune the TV channels. Breakfast is modest.
Close to the sea. Excellent cleaning of the room every day. Purely. The pool is clean.

SwedenThe hotel room was very tiny, and no balcony was to be found even though this was promised. The internet connection is unstable, near to non existing. The breakfast didn’t have a good variety. However the hotel has a very nice location, close to restaurants and the beach. Most of the staff are very welcoming. However the hotel requires that you pay tourism taxes. I didn’t get any receipt since the staff informed me that the computer system is down. When I asked about the receipt a couple of days after that, the same staff claimed that he didn’t receive any payment from me, and he was very rude. Once I asked the guy to check the cameras he gave up and gave me the receipt. Overall the hotel is okey for staying one or two nights, not more.
