Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Cristina was a wonderful host, meeting us at the property and providing suggestions on restaurants, cab Apps, every question we asked she kindly and promptly responded. The location was great, safe and easy access to all of Rome's historic attractions, restaurants, transport. Room was very comfortable, extremely clean, new bathroom and kitchen area. The beds were also fantastic after long days walking, and a quiet area also.

United StatesCould it have been larger ? Yes but i've lived in a studio apt in NYC so it wasn't a big deal. There was more than enough space for the three of us.
It was centrally located to the Spanish steps. The Barberini metro station is within 10 mins with a slow pace. There is a mini market (a bit over priced) just down the block. It's a very quiet street and the you absolutely feel safe. The washer and dryer worked just fine since it was brutally hot and we kept changing clothes.

Perfect location, 5 minutes walks to the Spanish steps a supermarket right infront and plenty of restaurants, gelato and coffee shops. The house is spacious very well equipment with all you need during your stay and super clean. Christina did a great job welcoming us and providing all what we need.

United StatesVery limited lounging space throughout apartment since it's very small..Detergent tray in washing machine was black and moldy so we didn't want to use it. No clothes dryer. Pillows were flat.
Location was great. Very clean and they let us drop bags off early. Communication was great and I would stay again. Beds are super firm which I really liked but can see if others dont.
