Very limited lounging space throughout apartment since it's very small..Detergent tray in washing machine was black and moldy so we didn't want to use it. No clothes dryer. Pillows were flat.

Location was great. Very clean and they let us drop bags off early. Communication was great and I would stay again. Beds are super firm which I really liked but can see if others dont.

Location, location, location! Enough beds for a family of five. Kitchenette had just what we needed for on the go breakfast and rewarm takeout. Staff was attentive and helpful, very responsive to our questions.

The property was located in a perfect location - in close walking proximity to the main sites. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and Cristina was very accommodating. Apartment was very comfortable and was perfect for my trip to Rome with my family.

The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the Spanish steps and less than 10 minutes to the Trevi fountain. There is a good supermarket two doors down from the apartment and lots of lovely restaurants in the surrounding streets to choose from. The apartment was a great size and had everything we could possibly need in it. It was spotless and very modern, the big TV in the main bedroom was great to have at night time after a busy day of sightseeing. Alessandro very kindly arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and collecting the keys was easy to get into the apartment was effortless.

The location was fantastic, a few minutes walk to the Spanish steps and very close to Trevi fountain too. Also a taxi rank about two minutes walk away which was very handy . Apartment very clean and was as described on booking.com. Even though the apartment is central the street noise is not heard when the windows are closed. Collection of keys was easy as owner met us at the apartment . Overall a great stay.

The apartment was very strategically located as it was walking distance to the best spots in Rome. The owner Allesandro was very friendly and they thoughtfully left a note to us saying where we can find good food as well. Christina, the agent made sure we are comfortable and well taken care of. Our host Cristina was amazing. She was so communicative, helped arrange a taxi from the airport, even brought a crib and a high chair over when I’d forgotten to ask during booking. The property was very clean. There was only one set of stairs leading up to the door, the street felt safe, there was even a small grocery store across from the apartment. The ability to have 2 separate sleeping areas was ideal with children. The full kitchen was great as well. 5 minute walk to the Spanish steps and the local subway there, 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, and 20ish minutes in different directions to the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, or the Pantheon. Really a great location if you’re looking to hit the pavement and make the most of a trip to Rome!

This apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps as well as all the great shopping nearby and Metro stations. It had everything we needed for a comfy stay including washing machine, dishwasher, comfy beds, aircon in each room and makes it a great place to stay for a longer period of time. The plumbing was also excellent which is a bonus for Italy. Miss Cristina was a superb host and provided us with assistance in all aspects. Highly recommend.
