We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe kitchen and the electric stove are quite small, but we didn't even need it now.
On the way home, we only stayed one night in transit. The host lady is very attentive and kind! She speaks excellent English. Before our arrival, she communicated with us continuously and kindly on the Booking chat. There were small cakes prepared in the room for everyone, coffee, milk, cream. You could choose from candy in the corridor. The room was very clean and pleasant. The whole building is old but very elegant. We were very satisfied with it!

It is short drive to Palmanova so worth visiting if you have time. Paola was great host, very helpful about places to go nearby and nice to talk to.

Location just beside the Palmanova Village Outlet. Guesthouse vintage old Italian style. Fully renovated restored old country style . Very clean and a lot of space in every room . We had two one for kids another for us . Lovely owner . Very nice and friendly person. Suggested to visit local restaurant in the city centre just a 2 min walk away from the guest house. Wonderful Italian family restaurant with great local food and friendly owner .So many things to describe here positive and welcoming small village where would like to go back again and visit the same guest house and restaurant. Suggested to all . Our score to this place is 100 !!!!! Thanks

CroatiaOne of the best places I can recommend. 2-bedroom apartment, comfortable beds and most importantly, it is a quiet place. The apartment has everything, good Wi-Fi, no microwave, though there is an oven. 5 min to go the parking lot. Wonderful hosts, cheerful, positive, responsive. Special thanks to the owner, we stayed just on Easter, local fuel stations were mostly closed, but he volunteered to drive first and show us a working station.
