Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Mai Mai in the restaurant was amazing and she made the best coffee I had in Italy. The front desk was fantastic we arrived late 10.30pm and we were greeted with a staff member that knew our name as soon as we entered the hotel. Breakfast was best we had in italy, room was great

BelgiumThere was not storage for the clothes or anything, not really practical for our stay. The headshower was not nice. We didn't understand why because the rest of the bathroom was really nice. The bathroom had no curtains and a door made of glass wich was really annoying because we had always light in the bedroom and we were waking up by the sun every morning. A little bit of noise in the hallway.
First, a big thank you to the bartender who was really great, kind and made very delicious cocktails. The waitress was also very kind. The room was nice with a view of the train station. Great bed and equipment. A beautiful hotel with a great and helpfull staff, always with a smile.
